No more than three Security Personnels can look after PSCP-259 until the day is over, once all the Dayshift Guards of PSCP-259 are done with their Shift, the Nightshift Personnels will take their place until the Night is over. because PSCP-259 needs to be looked after, every single Day and Night because if all the Guards are called sick, PSCP-259 will breach containment.
Description: PSCP-259 appears to be a tall decaying skeleton, with the only place where the skin is not decayed off is the head, speaking of the head, the head appears to look like a teenage male, with short brown hair. The eyes appeared to be covered in skin, so its presumed that PSCP-259 is Blind. The body Of PSCP-259 itself, is another story, the entire body is a skeletal husk, with flesh and organs still attached to it, there appears to be no lower half of PSCP-259's body. The arms of PSCP-259 appear to be lanky and bony, with the hands still looking like a normal humans hand. And it appears that PSCP-259 can talk, but its more Commonly that PSCP-259 will talk about how he wants to go home and someone will find him.

Ever since the PSCP-259 Incident, PSCP-259 is no longer a Safe Class PSCP, and now, A Keter PSCP. PSCP-259 will now Break any material Except for Titanium, and kill any person who he hears or gets insulted by, he even call the victims "the People who work for HIM" for a yet, unexpected reason. It is presumed that PSCP-259 is trying to get revenge on the guy who tortured him.
Addendum PSCP-259-A: Transcript of the PSCP-259 Incident:
PSCP-259 is in his former containment chamber, acting in a normal state
Dr Eric: Look at that thing.

Both Doctors began laughing, after four seconds of laughing, PSCP-259 began entering a distressed state
Dr Jones: What the fuck is going on with that guy

PSCP-259 Suddenly broke the containment chamber and attacked Dr Eric, ripping of his arm
Dr Eric: AGH! Fuck!
Dr Jones: Oh Shit!
Dr Jones ran out of the room as PSCP-259 began tearing apart Dr Eric, and finishing him off by ripping off his Head.
PSCP-259: You work for that Guy who tore me apart, now I will Tare you apart..
PSCP-259 ran out of the Containment room, and began a rampage in the facility, killing several Doctors in the process before being Captured by the MTF Units and taken back to containment. And PSCP-259 is now reclassified as Keter after a bit of research.
Addendum PSCP-259-B: A Transcript of Dr Pilo making a theory about PSCP-259's Origins:

Dr Pilo: Ok, i'm Interested in this PSCP Named: PSCP-259, and the Origins behind it. So thats why i'm using this Recording Device. Anyways, i'm gonna start making a theory about PSCP-259's Origins. So, where do i start, Hmmmm. Oh, i know where to start my theory, so, we got a Teenage Boy named Zack, and he was sent a invitation through email to come to a certain part in the forest his house is next to. So he went to go meet that person who sent him that invitation, but then he got kidnapped by that secret person, then that person took Zach to his secret bunker, and began to torture Zach by tearing off his skin, removing his lower half of his body, and then he fused Zach's eyes closed with Zach's own skin. Man, that makes me want to vomit. anyways the PSCP Facility tracked down PSCP-259 and took him to this Facility, and that person who tortured Zach is never seen again, so yeah, that's my theory, I might update this Theory later, anyways, Bye.
