Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently contained in a standard humanoid holding cell observed at all times by standard motion-activated security cameras. The Cell is to be furnished with standard furnishings appropriate for a humanoid in addition to several additional amenities granted for good behavior and cooperation with the foundation.Current special amenities include 500 A4 paper sheets to be refilled when depleted, several notebooks, writing utensils, painting supplies and a personal computer with no internet connection and loaded with games, engineering software and monitoring software in order to track all activity.

All personnel of level 3 clearance and above are to avoid physical contact with SCP-XXXX due to the risk of a security breach due to the nature of SCP-XXXX anomalous properties unless required to perform actions that will result in physical contact. Faliure to comply with said order will result in immediate disciplinary review action and possible termination

SCP-XXXX is NOT to be taught any education curriculum due to its anomalous properties

Description:: SCP-XXXX is a male child known as Adam ██████ , approximately 9 years of age, about 135 cm in height and weighing 35 kg. Testing has revealed the SCP-XXXX has possesses an intelligence far above normal for its age due to its anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX anomalous properties manifest when it touches any object, at which point it will learn all information about the object. If said object contains information, SCP-XXXX will also learn all information contained within the object, including memories. SCP-XXXX also has anomalously high memory quality where it can recall all memories with perfect accuracy.

SCP-XXXX's emotional state is usually a neutral state, however the subject may begin to cry and express extreme distress if it remembers a particularly traumatic memory. Staff members are to avoid triggering rememberence of such memories.Since arrival at the foundation, SCP-XXXX has displayed cooperative behavior towards the foundation but expresses resentment towards his containment.

Recovery Log: Subject was recovered on ██/██/20██ after an attempt to report the leader of a gang known as the [REDACTED] to a foundation agent embedded in the ████ police department, using information gained through use of anomalous properties and offering to demonstrate said abilities. SCP-XXXX was then recovered during the next day from ████ middle school by Agent █████ █████ and bought to Site 17. A cover story was implemented where SCP-XXXX accidentally drowned in a nearby body of water

Addendum [SCP number]-1: The O5 council has decided to allow all foundation staff with security level 2 clearance or lower to come into physical contact with SCP-XXXX due to the fact that concealment of information accessible by level 2 staff from SCP-XXXX is impossible due to the number of incidents where level 2 staff touched SCP-XXXX

Dr. Abernathy: Good Afternoon, SCP-XXXX. My name is Dr. Abernathy

SCP-XXXX: First of all, my name is Adam. Second of all, what do you want?

Dr. Abernathy:Calling you SCP-XXXX is just standard operating protocol. You understand,right?

SCP-XXXX: I understand, just wanted you to know my actual name

Dr. Abernathy: Do you know where we are right now, SCP-XXXX?

SCP-XXXX: Some kind of secret government science lab? More specifically we are at Site 17 of the SCP Foundation

Dr. Abernathy: And how exactly did you figure this out?

SCP-XXXX: Agent █████ █████ ended up accidentally touching me and not noticing. I assume you know all about my so called "Anomalous Properties"

Dr. Abernathy: You learn quick. In any case I wanted to ask you everything you remember about your life.

SCP-XXXX: Let's start from the beginning,shall we? My first memories that began to form did so around the time i was around two weeks old, and unlike normal memories which are like snapshots of a moment, my memories were like a videotape starting from that moment in a crib as a newborn. Back then i had already learnt to speak, walk and even write from touching the adults in my life but was unable to do so since my body was physically incapable of performing such tasks.

Dr. Abernathy: Must have been frustrating to be unable to perform such simple tasks.

SCP-XXXX: Very frustrating indeed, Dr. Abernathy. I would try to walk but my muscles were too frail for such. I would try to talk but my brain was not wired correctly and instead of a coherent sentence a bunch of gibberish came out. I would try to write but i did not have the fine motor skills for such an activity. It was so satisfying when i was finally able to take my first steps as a baby because it made me so much more mobile. Ditto for all the other developmental milestones.

Dr. Abernathy: What happened after your baby days?

SCP-XXXX: School proved to be extremely boring due to the fact that i had already absorbed several collage educations from the adults in my life by this point. To make a long story short i quickly became well known as a child prodigy, skipping several grades and becoming that kid every parent compares you to.

Dr. Abernathy: Before you continue with your life story, I want to know the specifics of your abilities

SCP-XXXX: Well, I can learn anything about an object and any information contained within by touching it. For example,by touching this chair I now know every property of the chair and can perfectly draw a blueprint of said chair from memory. If i touch something like a book or hard drive, i will learn all information contained in the object down to the letter. If i touch a person i learn all their memories and skills they have learnt over their life. Anything i learn from my abilities is never forgotten due to my special type of memory. The best way to describe my memory is to imagine if a camera was strapped to your head your entire life. I hope this clears thing up for you, Doctor.

Dr. Abernathy: SCP-XXXX, go on about your life

SCP-XXXX: Well, my parents were used to be very nice people who truly loved me as their child and did everything to make me feel better. My only sibling was my twin sister named Serena. She must be crying every bit of water out of her eyes by now

Dr. Abernathy: "What was your relationship with your sister like?

SCP-XXXX: Me and her were always very close since the day we were born. However it became clear very soon that I was much smarter than she was. She has since developed a bad habit of comparing herself to me since she sees herself as the dumb sister. I tell her that she isn't dumb for not skipping several grades. She simply nods every time, never really taking my words to heart and never changing her mind. If only she knew the true reason I was so smart
Dr. Abernathy: You must be missing your sister. Anyways,what were you doing today since the moment you woke up

SCP-XXXX: It started much the same as any other day, waking up, getting ready and being bored out of my bones in class. While in class, i thought a lot about how i found out who the leader of the [REDACTED] gang was and how the police would simply laugh me off as a foolish kid. In the middle of math class, I was summoned to the office where i met Agent █████ █████ picking me up while undercover. I go along with what he says and hop onto the car that would take me to Site 17. However, Agent █████ █████ unknowingly touches me and gives me a lot of information on the SCP Foundation and its mission. I'm sure you know the rest of the story from then on

Dr. Abernathy: Good morning, SCP-XXXX

SCP-XXXX: Good morning, Dr. Abernathy. What do you want to ask me today?

Dr. Abernathy: First off, the foundation would like to reward you for your compliance. You can now send requests for extra amenities to the head researcher which may be granted at his discretion. Tell me, what were some things you liked to do before we found you?

SCP-XXXX: I really liked to design the things which i touched. Making blueprints of radios and car parts was a fun hobby.

Dr. Abernathy: What do you think of the foundation so far?

SCP-XXXX:Not exactly ideal to keep me in a prison but i understand why it has to be done. Besides, if it weren't for the Foundation, i would be standing in front of a GOC firing squad by now. Besides, lets get to the real reason for this meeting.

Dr. Abernathy: Ah yes, i was just about to get to it. We wanted to ask you about the things you saw through your "anomalous properties" or whatever you call it

SCP-XXXX: I dont really think of it as a superpower but more like my nature, if you will. I saw the life of thousands of people and lived through eons worth of memories, even if only █ years of them are actually mine. I shall start with some of the more mundane ones. Ahh, this one details the life of ███ █████. It begins with her as a baby being adored by many of his relatives at a family gathering. She goes through all of the usual milestones like walking and talking. Next memorable thing that happened to ███ was her first day at school.

Dr. Abernathy: What happens next?

SCP-XXXX: Regular school things happened to her. The next years follow her growing up through her school years, her first boyfriend, [EXPLETIVE] each other and her graduation. All extremely oversimplified for sake of brevity. Soon after her graduation, she gets accepted into college and begins doing college student things. One day, she decides to go to the park and finds a kid who has fallen on the ground. She helps that kid get up in an act of kindness. That kid was me and she just shared her every moment of life with me

Dr. Abernathy: Are all your memories nice like this or are there any bad ones?

SCP-XXXX: Most of them are neither bad or good, but the ones that are bad get extremely bad

Dr. Abernathy: Now I'm interested in those bad memories. Can you tell me about them?

SCP-XXXX: Sure, but only because you asked nicely. June 6th 1944, Omaha Beach. Private █████ ███████. He joined the army to serve his nation. He would never again see war in much the same way. Give me a second, I feel nauseous thinking of the sight.

SCP-XXXX: Im sorry, the sight of so much blood makes my stomach churn

SCP-XXXX: Here to ask me about the bad memories? [Sighs] lets just get this over with

Dr. Abernathy: Please tell us everything,no matter how painful it may be.

SCP-XXXX: Lets start were we left off last time. June 6th 1944, Omaha Beach. Private █████ ███████. He joined the army to serve his nation. As he approached the beach, he could see the many obstacles, barbed wire and the many machine gun nests trying to mow him down. As his landing craft hits the beach, many frantically rust towards what little cower there is.

SCP-XXXX: (Mumbling to itself) Maintain composure, maintain composure dammit. Continuing on from before, the hours seemed to meld into seconds and seconds melded into hours. All sense of time was lost for our Patriotic Hero, now more focused on survival that punching the Nazis. After what seemed like an eternity, a tenuous beachhead was established and the end of the Third Reich has begun Now if you would excuse me for a second, i need a quick drink after that.

Dr. Abernathy: You sure you can go on?

SCP-XXXX: Yeah I can go on

Dr. Abernathy: Good, so please tell us more

SCP-XXXX: Its another soldier, out on patrol in the Afghan desert when suddenly an IED explodes, killing two of his friends and injuring him and his third buddy. He was the only one with minor injuries. The third buddy died from his injuries a few months later. The soldier ended up with a bad case of survivors guilt.

Dr. Abernathy: Sorry for that, please dont cry.

SCP-XXXX: I know, its just that it all feels like i am actually there.

Dr. Abernathy: You sure its fine?

SCP-XXXX: You know, I was reading a book in class where no one knows what suffering is in a utopian world that ends up being a dystopia all along. Everyone in that world has no concept of suffering, all except our protagonist who is devastated by such revelations. In our world people know about tragedy and suffering but most never truly contemplate what it means since they themselves have never experienced what its like to experience tragedy personally
