Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4326 is to be contained inside a plain room, the proportions of which are to be 10 by 10 by 10 meters, and is to be built inside the site 215+ meters in from the exterior of the building, with surfaces built with light panels on at all times, not bright enough to physically weaken it but to make sure there are no dark spaces that 4326 can “squeeze” into and teleport, breaching containment. Access to 4326’s containment chamber is heavily restricted, testing that involves being physically in the chamber is prohibited. The entry door is to be built of reinforced metal and is to be guarded by at least 2 personnel at all times. Two surveillance cameras hidden behind one-way windows on opposite corners of the room must monitor SCP-4326 at all times. In the case of containment breaching, it must be tracked down immediately and bright light beamers are to be used to weaken it — all guards inside the site specifically have been equipped with light beamers to weaken 4326 in case it attempts to teleport again. SCP-4326 is currently contained in Site-███ in ██████████.
Description: SCP-4326 is a humanoid approximately ██ years old, it is 174cm in height and appears to be physically fit and strong. SCP-4326 wears a trenchcoat, top hat, gloves and leather boots, which all are completely black in color, its eyes are white and luminescent with black surrounding the iris, and its skin is a luminescent white like its eyes. SCP-4326 tends to have violent behavior and has psychological trauma from childhood events involving its unidentified parents or carers. It mainly speaks Spanish but does have the capability to speak English. SCP-4326 has displayed a deep hatred for human life, preying on any human being it comes across unless they have “gone through its pain”. SCP-4326 has a high tendency to yell about the evil of humanity, and the torture and abuse it endured in childhood and violently attack the door in its containment chamber, and it appears to be highly uncomfortable in lit areas for prolonged periods, as the darkness is its "home" and "way to escape from people". SCP-4326 does not require sleep, food or water to be kept sustained. It has been documented that SCP-4326 has short periods in which it is rather calm, contrary to its normal mood and behavior, which the interviews with it were performed (see Addendum 4326-1).
It has a supernatural ability to teleport when in dark spaces, as well as being able to contort its body shape to fit into unlit places, it has also shown to be sensitive to bright blinding lights, appearing to be weakened and unfit for combat by such. It is not known how SCP-4326 teleports, but multiple containment breach incidents have determined that it can only teleport up to a 200-meter radius from where it teleported, thus its containment chamber is to be located 215+ meters into the site from the exterior, to prevent escape from the facility, and it requires a “cooldown” of up to 5 minutes maximum to teleport again. The current hypothesis is that this ability only works in the darkness due to the fact that SCP-4326 has mainly lived in the darkness in its adolescence and adulthood, thus its teleportation ability developed and adapted to only work in the darkness.
SCP-4326 also has an ability to “cloak” itself, though its skin is normally a luminescent white, 4326 can cloak itself in the darkness by psychological triggering the white color’s luminescence to fade for 35 minutes maximum, with 5-10 minutes needed to cloak again. SCP-4326 mainly uses this ability to flee from certain situations, such as being hunted, or to hunt and attack humans. However this ability is only effective and of use in the darkness as it is visible with its black and non-luminescent body in lit areas.
When a person who has not experienced abuse, torture or abandonment in childhood stands in a 5-meter perimeter of SCP-4326 and is in the visual sight of it, it will turn and stare at them, with a facial expression displaying anger and disgust, the victim becomes paralyzed and unable to stop looking into its eyes, which then their vision seems to “zoom” into its eyes and go through “flashbacks” of fabricated memories of being horrifically abused, tortured and finally abandoned to die by their parents. After this, the individual will continue to be paralyzed, with terror on their face. SCP-4326 will then proceed to physical assault the individual and beat them to death with its fists. If the affected individual is somehow rescued from being attacked, a psychiatric evaluation is to be performed as soon as possible.
SCP-4326 has shown to also be able to trigger these fabricated flashbacks in persons watching it from surveillance cameras. However, it can only do this if it can visually see the camera. Thus, the surveillance cameras in its containment chamber are hidden behind one-way windows.
Traumatic flashbacks only affect those who haven't experienced abuse, torture or abandonment in childhood.
Addendum 4326-1 (Attempted Interviews): Interviews have been attempted with SCP-4326, asking questions related to its origin, childhood, and its reasoning behind inducing traumatic flashbacks in its victims. These interviews were conducted with microphones and speakers temporarily installed in the containment chamber, and during 4326's "calm periods" in which it is unusually calm, contrary to its ordinary mood. Addendum 4326-2 (Parent Locating Attempts): “All attempts to get information related to SCP-4326’s unidentified parents have failed, as well as attempts to locate them. The SCP Foundation has attempted to search █████ and ███████ but to no avail, and SCP-4326 refuses to give any information about its parents, not even names or relatives, making it practically impossible to track down its parents.” - Researcher █████
