Special containment procedures:
Scp-4743 is to have an electric fence around it with the fence being on 24/7 and guards stationed outside at all times, only those with level 4 clearance are allowed to perform tests on Scp-4743, all tests performed on Scp-4743 should be less than an hour long as not to cause Scp-4743-1 to appear.
Scp-4743-1 must be terminated as soon as possible as to not cause a breach in containment.
Scp-4743 is a room in a house at [REDACTED] that has a light flowing from an unknown source any objects put under the light will not cast any shadow. Testing has shown that anybody stepping under the light will only tell the truth about any question asked of them See addendum 1 Anything caught under the light for one hour will die, after the body is pulled out of the light 3rd degree burns will be present on the body one day after the body will start to [REDACTED] and within an hour the body will turn into Scp-4743-1.
Scp-4743-1 is a humanoid entity made of a bright white flame, Direct contact with Scp-4743-1 anywhere on the body will cause third degree burns on living creatures and they will die within 10 seconds of the first contact with Scp-4743-1, anything affected by Scp-4743-1 will become an instance of Scp-4743-1 within 2 minutes, there is currently no known way to stop the process besides incinerating the body before it can change.
Scp-4743-1 cannot talk and shows no signs of any higher brain function, Scp-4743-1 is not affected by bullets and can only be destroyed by extinguishing the entity with temperatures below 32°F any temperature high than 32°F will have no effect See addendum 2.
Addendum:
D-3521 was put under the light and was told to attempt to answer every question with a lie. D-3521
was asked if he remembered why he was a Class-D, D-3521 answered with no even though he attempted to say yes, Testing continues and D-3521 answered all questions truthfully. After one hour D-3521 automatically died and the body was transported for an autopsy, third-degree burns were discovered on D-3521, The cause of death was burning. one day later the body of D-3521 Started to [REDACTED] and an hour later the first recorded instance of Scp-4743-1 was discovered.
Addendum 2:
Scp-4743-1 successfully touched Researcher ██████ who died of burning 10 seconds later, 2 minutes after the incident the body of Researcher ██████ became another instance of SCP-3521-1 and went to look for more victims, NTF squadron was sent in Scp-3521-1 was unaffected by bullets and kept moving towards the NTF squadron, NTF cadet ██████████ found and used a fire extinguisher after running out of ammo, method seemed effective as Scp-4743-1 dissipated.
NTF cadet ██████████ was promoted to lieutenant.
