Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX does not react with surroundings but must be kept away from sentient beings. It should be kept in an empty room at least 20x20 meters to allow space between beings and the object. There must be 24/7 surveillance of the room to make sure no sentient beings come in contact with the object.

Level 4 clearance is required for observation and surveillance of SCP-XXXX. O5 Command is required for use of SCP-XXXX. Any unauthorized personnel entering the container, observation deck, or viewing the security footage will result in termination by incineration.

Description: Discovered by a former member of the Foundation ███████ █████, SCP-XXXX is a circular, orange diamond with a diameter of 5.4cm which was given to one of the O5 Command without any information of the object when ███████ █████ left the Foundation. From experiments, whenever any kind of living organism comes in direct contact with SCP-XXXX, they become significantly stronger and all damaged DNA is repaired. Muscle tissues heal much faster than they usually would. Once the user comes out of contact with SCP-XXXX, the strength and ability to heal quickly is taken away.

SCP-XXXX acts different with sentient beings. If a sentient being thinks about something, it will happen. After this experiment, all subjects below level 4 were terminated in order to keep the object a secret because of its omnipotent powers. Many fake documents were produced to hide the truth of SCP-XXXX.

Addendum: The discoverer of the artifact, ███████ █████, used the power of SCP-XXXX just before he left to gift himself with teleportation. As of ████/██/██, he is being searched for across the universe to be observed and contained.
