Special Containment Procedures: scp-4612 are to roam the halls as to boost morale, and staff are to keep an eye on them as to not have them dig into a containment room causing a breach. Staff are to feed them 3 times a day at 6:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 6:00 pm.
Description: scp-4612 are between 3 by 1 by 1 inch - 12 by 4 by 4 inch plastic rodents. Their first anomalous property is that they are alive and sentient. Their second anomalous property is the ability to telepathically communicate by putting images in your brain. Their third anomalous property is the need to eat. (see addendum 4612.1) The 4th anomalous property is the fact that when they die they disappear in most cases. (see addendum 4612.1)
Addendum 4612.1: the subject requires eating plastic and drinking oil. If they don’t eat plastic for to long they will decay. If they don’t drink oil their joints will stiffen and they will lose all anomalous properties.
Addendum 4612.2: Their discovery took place when local towns folk of the small town [REDACTED],Usa reported small seemingly plastic rodents infesting their houses. The foundation came in and thoroughly searched the town and captured most if not all of the instances of 4612.
Addendum 4612.3: On the bottom of all of them, there is writing saying “copyright year 0 ,” it is unknown if this is a joke or a strange anomaly.
