Special Containment Procedures: scp-xxxx should be kept under camera watch at all times. foundation staff is not allowed to plug anything into scp -xxxx without out permission from any higher ups. scp-xxxx is to be kept in a small concrete double room containment cell. The fist room should be used to hold scp-xxxx. the wall holding scp-xxxx should be 1 foot thicker in depth. The second room should be used as a storage room.
