Personnel are forbidden from staying in the same room with SCP-Phone for a whole 24 hours.

Description: SCP-Phone appears to be a black mobile phone, model iPhone 8, with only three applications on it: Tumblr, Camera, and Photos. Trying to download more apps onto it results in SCP-Phone shutting down. When it's turned back on there appears to be no new apps.
