Item XXXX: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be stored in a cell that can be depressurized to a vacuum state 12*12*12 meters large suspended 6 meters off the ground. SCP-XXXX should not be moved from it's containment cell in site [REDACTED]. In the case of testing, six security officers should be stationed outside containment armed with specially designed electromagnetic disruptors. In the case of containment breach, security should equip pressurized armored suits and specialized electromagnetic disruptors, the failsafe vault should be sealed, and all air should be drained from the failsafe.

Addendum 1: Following incident XXXX-3, SCP-XXXX’s cell must remain in a vacuum state
Addendum 2: Testing on SCP-XXXX has been discontinued after incident XXXX-2 however, routine checks on the entity’s cell are mandatory

Description: SCP-XXXX is a smooth blank slab of an unknown rock reassembling a headstone. If SCP-XXXX is touched or moved, SCP-XXXX-a will form and attack the object touching or moving SCP-XXXX, now known as SCP-XXXX-b, until SCP-XXXX-b is destroyed or retreats and then enter a rage state until destroyed.
SCP-XXXX-a is a humanoid figure that forms a body out of any material in a 5 meter radius from SCP-XXXX. In the absence of any solid material SCP-XXXX-a will use liquid or air molecules. If SCP-XXXX-a does not have any materials to form a body with it will not form when SCP-XXXX is touched/moved. The entity can be dispersed by using electromagnetic disruptors. SCP-XXXX-a is shows basic intelligence and is able to learn new ways of killing and breaching containment.

Addendum 3: SCP-XXXX-a will form after being touched if the cell is refilled later
Addendum 4: SCP-XXXX-a will use the matter in an object that touches SCP-XXXX when no other matter is present (see Incident Log XXXX-2)

Incident Log XXXX-1
SCP-XXXX-a did not form when SCP-XXXX was touched by D-4867 However as soon as SCP-XXXX’s containment cell was refilled, SCP-XXXX-a formed out of the air, breached containment, hunted down D-4867, entered their lungs and expanded, causing him to [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP-XXXX-a did not enter a rage state and dispersed itself immediately after destroying D-4867

Incident Log XXXX-2
SCP-XXXX-a breached security when D-85036 did a routine check on SCP-XXXX’s containment cell. Because the room was depressurized to prevent instances of SCP-XXXX-a, when D-8536 touched SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-a decided to form using of D-85036’s body and their pressurized suit. SCP-XXXX-a used D-85036’s body to escape containment and proceeded to enter a rage state. D-85036 was suspected to have gone insane and was then shot in the torso, leg, head, and arm by security. Only then was D-85036’s body suspected if being an instance of SCP-XXXX-a and standard breach procedures were enacted. This is the first time SCP-XXXX-a used such a tactic. It is unknown if D-85036 was deceased before being shot.

Incident Log XXXX-3
SCP-XXXX-a breached containment after D-72811 and D-89034 touched SCP-XXXX simultaneously. SCP-XXXX-a appeared to have simultaneously formed out of D-72811 and D-89034. At first researchers believed there to be two instances of SCP -XXXX-a until D-72811 and D-89034 lined up and started moving in sync. Security was moved in and containment procedures initiated. However SCP-XXXX-a had only been formed from the simulated atmosphere inside the two D class’s suits and as soon as it exited the containment cell, the entity burst the suits, escaped into the vents pumping air out, and entered a rage state outside the failsafe vault. SCP-XXXX-a flew through the halls of site [REDACTED] and killed all in it's path in similar ways to the D class during incident XXXX-1. Due to it’s invisible state, SCP-XXXX-a was only dispersed after a powerful EMP was set off, leaving site [REDACTED] without power for 2 hours, resulting in several smaller breaches.
