Special Containment Procedures: SCP-404 is to be contained on a Windows XP computer (404-A) in a 5 x 5 x 5 concrete container. A maximum of 2 personnel may enter at one time. 404-A should never be switched off under any circumstances. All doors to SCP-404's containment unit must be locked when no personnel are present. Any personnel that wish to perform tests on SCP-404 must have written consent from Dr.████.
Description: SCP-404 is a webpage that consists of multicolored symbols and satanic imagery. Individuals that view this webpage or read the URL aloud, will become delusional and aggressive towards other personnel on-site. In addition to this, they will proceed to speak in an unknown language for approximately 1 hour. Once the hour has passed, the individual will have no recollection of what took place.
A small percentage of individuals appear to be completely immune to 404. Scientists have begun testing the small percentage of unaffected people but have found nothing unusual.
Attempts to decipher the symbols have been unsuccessful. Attempting to open or find this webpage on any other computer will return with an error. Trying to capture footage of images of SCP-404 will cause damage to the device. As of yet, 404 or 404-A have caused no fatalities, however, in rare cases has caused either permanent or temporary psychological damage to the individual.
