SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES: Avoid direct contact with SCP-XXXX, it is known that subjects and personnel have been hospitalized after touching SCP-XXXX for short periods of time for extreme panic and vomiting. The cause of this is still unknown. SCP-XXXX must always be monitored by high ranking personnel from a distance of at least 5 meters to avoid any negative effect that SCP-XXXX may cause. It was also reported that SCP-XXXX often vibrates at will and attempts to move towards any person that is nearby, usually on a radius of 7 meters or more. That said, SCP-XXXX must always be kept in a bullet-proof 1x1x1 meter glass cube when being observed by any autorized personnel.
DESCRIPTION: SCP-XXXX has the appearance of a black phone from the brand "Bmobile", the serial number is S750 and it has no external memory storage, a single sim card that did not work on any other device and a non-functional battery. SCP-XXXX was found in the desert of ███████, Mexico. It was first found in a clandestine grave inside the pocket of one of the 200 body's found in said place, no body was identified and all of them had ███████ traits. It is believed that the body's, and by consequence, the device, have been buried in the grave since 20██. The effects of SCP-XXXX on the direct contact with a human subject for a brief period of time have been linked to said cases of illnesses (read Special Containment Procedures for more details). Subjects that have been in direct contact with SCP-XXXX say to have seen rapid flashing images of people being tortured, cut to pieces, and burnt alive. They also hear a noice coming directly from SCP-XXXX's speaker that they often describe as "Cries for help", "Begging for their lives" or "Loud male and female screams". After 10-15 minutes of direct exposure, subjects start to feel dizzy and extremely agitated, that leads to sudden vomiting and faint of the subject. SCP-XXXX can communicate towards people that are close to it, using samples of voices from different unknown people, and it is believed to have conscience. Things often said by SCP-XXXX are: "Hello", "Help us", "I see someone", "They got us", "Stop", etc. But it has yet to communicate directly with any personnel.

Subject D-XXXX-1: D-Class personnel has been told to interact directly with SCP-XXXX for at least 20 minutes. Subject grabs SCP-XXXX and starts fidgeting with it. After 30 seconds he starts to scream, but is told to hold on to SCP-XXXX, after 5 minutes he starts panicking and starts to tumble, he then fell into the ground and started vomitingviolently, after 10 minutes subject is unconscious and is transfered to the medic center by our containment staff for a fast check. Subject survived the encounter.
Subject D-XXXX-2: D-Class personnel has now been told to enter SCP-XXXX's chamber and just stay put for 20 minutes, SCP-XXXX starts to vibrate, moving towards the subject, after 5 minutes SCP-XXXX is just a couple centimeters away from the subject, SCP-XXXX then starts to "talk" with samples from voices from unknown people (read Description for more details) the subject then starts to call for help. 1 minute later SCP-XXXX is in direct contact with the subject, so he started to hallucinate, he is then told that he can now move, he runs away from SCP-XXXX and gets to the other corner of the chamber, the other 14 minutes passed by with the subject running away from SCP-XXXX. Subject survived the encounter.
