Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard room with no windows until further research is conducted.
As of Incident-XXXX-S2, Subject is required to be kept only in rooms that contain PVC, jute, or rubber walls and carpeting. Due to Subject's rebellious and wrathful nature, it is required to wear a standard shock collar that can be controlled. Due to Subject's congenital insensitivity to pain and anhydrosis (CIPA), it is to instead be sedated for interviews or any sort of interaction. A caretaker must be watching SCP-XXXX at all times through the safety of an observation room or protected window.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a white male of 1.7 m tall and 89.8 kg in weight. The subject is always seen with a blue and orange mask, Subject refuses to remove the mask and appears to have severe panic attacks about taking it off [SEE INCIDENT-XXXX-S1]. Subject appears to have CIPA disorder and several addictions to various drugs and alcohols [SEE ADDICTION LIST IN NOTES]; Caretakers are to be assigned to watch Subject in case of any incidents of self-harm or injury.
SCP-XXXX appears to possess the ability of extreme memorization when it comes to others' faces. The subject is capable of drawing detailed sketches of anyone and appears to be capable of using and understanding any medium may it have used it before or not.
Addendum: The first known finding of SCP-XXXX was when it had lived with a past roommate, ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ Brown. Brown had reportedly called the police on SCP-XXXX after finding several lewd drawings of her sister that were drawn by Subject. SCP-XXXX repeatedly claimed that it had never seen Brown's sister before and that the model was someone he made up.
After sketches of private Government events had been found in Subject's possession, SCP-XXXX was sent to the SCP Foundation on 06/21/¦¦.
Subject has been labeled as a "Keter" due to their ability to draw sketches of private government officials or events in such extravagant detail.
