Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5245 is to be kept in a locked safe. No further containment procedures are necessary.

Description: SCP-5245 is a case of 24 355 mL (12 fl. oz.) cans. The case, and each of the individual cans, is labelled Mountain Stew, bearing strong resemblance to the common Mountain Dew soft drink. When one or more of the cans is taken from the case, the case will completely refill within four to six hours.

Each can contains an amount of broth, meat, and vegetables, equal to an amount that would satisfy a consumer, or fill a bowl if poured out. When poured out, a dumpling will also be present in the can, and will be poured out last. The meat of the stew will be beef approximately 70 percent of the time, and other substances, including chicken, pork, cat, dog, and human, appearing less often.
