Description: SCP-xxxx is a 38 year old male of Germanic descent covered in ornate tattoos conveying a massive battle between what appear to be large humans wielding a variety of weapons and giant wolves falling from the sky, with the ability to channel electric shocks and electromagnetic pulses throughout its extremities to an excess of 400,890 watts and thirty three meters, this ability is limited by the subjects own phobia of electric impulses and similarly related phenomenon, however when intoxicated such as when the subject was found, this ability can be used freely with seemingly no limitation from either the subject or other standard ways of restraining electric impulses, liquid is unable to be affected by the electricity from the entity.
