Biography: Quincy was born and raised in █████, Virginia, United States, raised by parents who were born in Pittsburg. Quincy had a severe taste for discovery and creativity, thus he became interested in sciences at age 12. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Masters Degree in Physics and an Associates Degree in Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. He was also the first in his family to earn the title of Eagle Scout within the Boy Scouts of America.
On █/██/20██, Quincy became involved in Incident-████-██████ when SCP-███ [DATA EXPUNGED]. When he was amnesized by Foundation personnel shortly after, they became aware of his knowledge of various fields of science. The Foundation offered him the title of Junior Researcher to help out in research teams, to which he accepted on 9/13/2014. He quickly rose through the ranks and eventually earned the title of Researcher4.
While the Foundation was as secretive as it is, he was able to contact his outside friends and family via email, as long as a Foundation censoring agent redacted any information regarding the Foundation. For a cover story, he told his friends and family that he got a job for NASA's science department, and that his work kept him from contacting them often. The Foundation approved his cover story.
