Description:
-Scp XXXX is a wall mounted clock with a diameter of 25 centimeters, and is 5 centimeters thick.
-There are no significant markings on the back or front of Scp XXXX other than the hour marks on the front.
-Scp always shows the time even though it does not seem to have any source of power.
-The time depicted is always 11 minutes late and changes according to the time zone
-Any attempts to change the time depicted on SCP XXXX have resulted in the rapid decomposition of the appendage starting at the point of contact and spreading through the body.
-The spread of decomposition can be stopped by immediate amputation of the appendage that came in contact with SCP XXXX
-Attempting to change the time using an inanimate object has similar results.
-However coming into contact with SCP XXXX and not attempting to change the time depicted does not have any effect
-It is unclear if the effects of SCP XXXX should be considered decomposition, but since no traces of chemical compounds were found in the affected tissue it can only be identified as such

Special containment procedures: SCP XXXX is to be contained in a solid steel compartment, and may only be removed with the approval of 2 class C personnel.
