Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4219 is to be contained within a sealed lead box at all times. SCP-4219 can only be taken out of containment upon a request that gets the approval of 2/3 of the O5 Council. Failure to cooperate with such procedure will result in a demotion to D Class Personnel if the containment procedure is broken by a D Class Personnel member, termination or experiments with other anomalous objects or organisms will commence.

Description: SCP-4219 takes the form of an ordinary pair of groucho glasses. If put on, the wearer has the ability to transmute their visage. Although it is argued on how much control one has while wearing it; there is not enough concise scientific information to support any side. Extensive tests have shown that the only organisms that are consistently able to sustain effects of SCP-4219 humans. Experiment-████ proved that other SCPs do not sustain the same effects as humans would but instead SCPs under the effects of SCP-4219 have shown [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is observed that after a seemingly random amount of time, while wearing SCP-4219, the user will become increasingly dysphoric and hostile. Individuals with such effects are classified as SCP-4219A. In all tests, SCP-4219A has shown to be hostile upon almost any contact. This effect appears to be permanent and there is no known cure currently.
