SCP-4199 is a Casio fx-50FH II series Calculator, it has a blue-ish button in the centre of the SCP, also, SCP-4199 can directly transfer a sound frequency toward a specific target to communicate.
SCP-4199 can broadcast English and Bad Greek, but with a weird grammar. SCP-4199 have weird manners towards speaking while talking to SCPs, 4199 speaks using a loud and boast tone, speaking with SCP personal, especially NTF and Chaos, it speaks with a gentle tone.
After contesting three test on three individual Class-D, the result is that those Class-Ds whoever pressed the blue button will die within 2 hours, 90% of the Class-D are killed from a skull rupture, the other 10% killed by heart attacks.
