Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a 3x3x3 meter room constructed of steel alloy. SCP-XXXX is to be under constant video surveillance. If any change in behavior from SCP-XXXX, damage to the camera, or noticeable outside interference is noticed, immediate report is to be made to Dr. ███████. At least 3 armed personnel are to be stationed at its containment chamber. After Incident: Omicron-5, containment of SCP-XXXX is no longer necessary.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Olivetti brand typewriter which contains the English Qwerty alphabet. SCP-XXXX’s anomalous properties manifest when an individual comes within 100 meters of it. When a subject is within its range, the individual affected will fail to recall how to write and/or type. SCP-XXXX’s anomalous property was found to be stopped by steel alloy.
On █/█2/█0█4 SCP-XXXX autonomously began to start developing some sort of script without warning, this behavior has not been documented before. These events are known as XXXX-1 through XXXX-3. After the third event SCP-XXXX began to smoke for approximately 9 minutes before a large flash was seen and XXXX disappered. It is unknown where SCP-XXXX currently resides. SCP-XXXX retrieval is documented below.
