Special Containment Procedures: Due to the location of SCP-xxxx, it is currently infeasible to physically contain SCP-xxxx. SCP-xxxx is to be monitored by the Foundation Global Telescope Array, with at least one optical telescope following the object at any time. A deep scan of SCP-xxxx's projected orbital path using all available optical telescopes is to be activated if visual of SCP-xxxx is lost for longer than 6 hours.
Along with the Foundation Global Telescope Array, the Research Site-87 radio telescope is to be aimed at SCP-xxxx whenever possible. All attempts at making contact are to be authorized by a Senior Researcher. In case contact is made successfully, it is to be recorded and reported. Any personnel who make contact with SCP-xxxx are to be fluent in Russian or have a capable Russian translator accompanying them.

Making contact with SCP-xxxx is to be attempted at least once a week, but during close approach the frequency of attempts is to increase to once an hour. Any personnel who attempt to make contact with SCP-xxxx are to be fluent in Russian or have a capable Russian translator accompanying them.
