Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4191 is to be kept in a standard containment locker within Storage Wing-XX in Site-XX.

Personnel with Level-2 Clearance and higher are allowed to test on SCP-4191 after getting confirmation from Dr. Rooves. Personnel are to report any and all irregularites during testing.

NOTE: As of xx/xx/xxxx, Dr. Rooves has been placed in charge of SCP-4191.

Description: SCP-4191 is a pair of Nike ® M2K Tekno shoes. When put on, SCP-4191 will give the wearer a "superpower". These superpowers are only given to individuals who have backgrounds of:

• Murder
• Rape
• Torture

Superpowers include:

• Increased Speed
• Increased strength
• Lowered risk of disease
• Invisibility
• Ability to walk through walls
• Ability to control others' movement
• Deflection
• Replication
• Increased lung capacity
• Enhanced flexibility
• Enhanced vision
• Enhanced agility

Superpowers will usually last for 24 hours after the subject has taken of the shoes, but vary, with the longest period being 1,644 hours. After the alloted time, subject will report feelings of:

• Nausea
• Cramps
• Headache
• Migraines
• Stomach pains
• Diarrhea
• Fever
• Fatigue

However, these feelings will wear off after approximately 3 hours.

Addendum 4191-1:Test Logs

Test 4191-1:

Subject: D-87873

In attendance:

• Dr. Rooves
• Dr. Gregarius

Description: D-87873 was instructed to put on SCP-4191. After 4 seconds, D-87873 began sinking. D-87873 was instructed to take off the shoes. D-87873 responded, saying she couldn't. D-87873 sunk all the way down.

Note: SCP-4191 appeared back in it's chamber approximately 17 minutes later.
