Special Containment Procedures: As there is currently no method of preventing SCP-5751 events, efforts should be focused on tracking and containing instances of SCP-5751-A

Description: SCP-5751 is a phenomena occuring approximately once every 3 years where a clone of a human living entity (hereby refered to as SCP-5751-A) manifests no more than 36 km from the original entity (hereby refered to as SCP-5751-B). Instances of SCP-5751-A are biologically and physically identical to instances of SCP-5751-B with the sole exception that SCP-5751-A entities are "mirrored". This means any external parts and marks of the original entities body, such as birth marks, tattoos, amputated limbs, etc are on the opposite side of the body compared to SCP-5751-B. In approximately 23% of SCP-5751-A entities, the internal organs (with the sole exception of the brain) are also "mirrored". In approximately 5% of SCP-5751-A entities, the brain is also mirrored, resulting in SCP-5751-A instances also having opposite handedness, unless SCP-5751-B is ambidextrous, in which case handedness is not changed. Immediately upon manifesting, SCP-5751-A will attempt to seek out and kill SCP-5751-B. SCP-5751's primary effect (hereby refered to as SCP-5751-C) activates upon the death of SCP-5751-B if SCP-5751-A is still alive. Upon the activation of SCP-5751-C, all descriptions, photo, video, painting and drawings, and, in 97.2% of cases, memories, of SCP-5751-B's appearence are changed to match that of SCP-5751-A. If SCP-5751-A is still alive after the death of SCP-5751-B, it will then replace SCP-5751-B, continuing to do anything that SCP-5751-B was doing before their death. SCP-5751-A also seemingly has all knowledge and memories that SCP-5751-B had before death.

To date, based on information, photo, and videos recovered from seperate realities (most of which are affected by SCP-5751) there are between 30,000, and [REDACTED] recorded instances of SCP-5751-A.
