Special Containment Procedures: Entity SCP-4474 is to be kept in a locked container room made of a porous surface material and sound-dampening content material, measuring 5 m by 5 m by 5 m. Audio devices that can generate large amounts of kilohertz, 20 KHz as minimum, are placed on the ceiling, the floor and the walls of the containment chamber, the walls are reinforced with fiber glass, 25 cm in thickness to protect the walls from extreme audio transmissions. The audio devices must be checked hourly, with no exceptions. No personnel are allowed to enter the entity's vicinity, for the audio generated can permanently damage the human body.

Description: SCP-4474 cannot form its physical form, nor can it move in under extreme audio transmissions.
Under lower KHz of audio, the being can partially form its physical self. Although, when the audio is lowered by 5 KHz, it is observed, that the entity forms two large oval circles around the area its head is observed to be formed on. The colour near its vicinity appear to change to grey after approximately 5 minutes after the decrease in audio.
The entity does not seem to possess any features resembling a humanoid creature. It appears to not have a mouth, a nose, or any other facial features. During testing procedures as observing its physical shape, Dr. Simon ████, was found to get mentally ill, afterwards. Possibly a cognitohazard.

The bystanders of the first incidents including SCP-4474, claim that whenever a sentient organism think of the entity, it teleports next to the organism. The bystanders of the incidents, also claim that the information given was from the victims' friends, who were found deceased shortly after. Although, these are rumours. It is suspected that they may carry merit. More testing is required to determine if the rumours are true.
