Special Containment Procedures: Foundation Personnel stationed at Site Gamma-12 are to establish and uphold surveillance in the town of Goshen, New Hampshire. Any manifestations of SCP-XXXX are to be condemned as unsafe and demolished. Foundation web-crawler P.B-13 "Pillsbury" will search for any property listings made by SCP-XXXX and will remove said listings under the guise of the property having already been purchased. In the event of a manifestation of a property listing, designated SCP-XXXX-A, MTF Beta-9 ("Bakers Dozen") will be dispatched to evacuate, demolish, and incinerate instances. Any persons affected by SCP-XXXX and it's constituents are to be treated with Class-B amnestics, and, in the case of SCP-XXXX-A false memories of a house fire are to be implanted.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Real-Estate office primarily made out of flour, yeast, and other baking components with the appearance of actual construction materials. How this effect is achieved is unknown. Despite their appearance, building materials included in SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-A do not share the structural integrity of their actual counterparts, often leading to rapid structural failure and decay. Interiors of SCP-XXXX vary between manifestations, apparently replicating the floor-plan of other buildings in the town.
Upon being destroyed, SCP-XXXX will manifest in a different part of the town, favoring more densely populated areas. Upon manifesting, multiple property listings will appear in various forms of media (including but not limited to; Flyers, Newspaper Ads, Website Listings and Business Cards) displaying "Breand (sic) New HOUSE for sale!", along with an image of a storefront with a "For Sale" sign in the window and ███████████ brand bread hanging from strings on the interior. The media invariably contains no contact info, location of property or interior information save for a company name, "Yeasterson & Breadly's Real-Estate". Searches for citizens with these names have not provided any results.
SCP-XXXX's secondary effect occurs when an individual views an advertisement for a property listing created by SCP-XXXX. Upon viewing, the listed property (designated SCP-XXXX-A) will manifest inside Goshen, most predominantly in neighborhood complexes. Despite there being no information on the property location, subjects seemingly already know where it is located, and claim to have "read it somewhere" when questioned. Layouts of SCP-XXXX-A are identical to those in neighboring buildings, including furniture, light fixtures and internal wiring and piping. Despite the light fixtures and running water being functional, they pose immediate risk in building integrity, as components of SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-A deteriorate quickly when exposed to water and are extremely flammable.
