Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4137 is to be monitored by a nearby MTF squadron of no less than 4 personnel, ordered to eliminate SCP-4137-1 instances with extreme prejudice, and stop any tourists from entering SCP-4137's area. Due to SCP-4137's nature and location, it is impossible to be relocated without potentially exposing the local area to SCP-4137's effects. Civilians are to be denied access to SCP-4137 under the rue that there is asbestos traces inside and the windmill is awaiting
Description: SCP-4137 is a wooden, rustic windmill approximately 15m tall, with no other distinctive features other than the windmill's blades being unable to be moved manually. Located in █████████, Netherlands, the windmill is identical to surrounding windmills and was often mistaken for being a tourist attraction. The interior also resembles a standard, early-1930's windmill other than any external facing windows are completely blacked out, and that the furniture is often other-worldly.
SCP-4137-1 instances have been spotted to wander, stare and tap on the windows, however other than this they don't seem to have any signs of higher intelligence. While this may seem the case, it is subject to change. Contact Dr Daniels for more information about the instances. SCP-4137 is to be tested on with authorization from no less than two (2) level 3 researchers. SCP-4137's interior has been seen to change randomly, from slight changes such as a lamp being shifted to the entire interior being shuffled entirely.
