Elevator Pitch: The Basic Idea is that SCP-##### is a human male with the ability to control reality. Having the abilities to travel between Parallel Universes, and Pocket Universes. As well as being able to Create their own Pocket Universes.

Central Narrative: The Story in this article is merely parts of SCP-#### backstory. As well as some conversations with Dr Henry Atkins.

Hook/Attention-Grabber: What's unique about my SCP is that is has the ability to create its own Pocket Universe, control Reality to a certain extent, and travel between Universes and Pocket Universes.

Additional Notes: This is my First SCP that I've written, so any feedback or critic (positive or negative) is welcome.

Item #: SCP-####

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-#### has undergone multiple containment procedures, but no successful containment has been found. SCP-####'s ability to alter reality around it gives it a means of evading any containment attempted by the Foundation.
SCP-#### is permitted access to materialise and dematerialise within specific areas of Site-19, so as to allow interrogations.

Description: SCP-####, born under the name Evan Hawkins, is a human male of European descent. With records indicating that they were born 01/03/2004, at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, UK. Making him 14 years old at the time of acquisition.
Noticeable features include dark ginger hair, blue eyes and white skin. At the time of this article SCP-#### is 1.77m in height and weighs 46kg.

SCP-#### has been assigned to Dr Henry Atkins at Site-19.

Circumstances of Acquisition: SCP-#### was first discovered in the year 2019, when it started making sudden appearances in over 25 countries, undeniably the same figure. Even making a couple of appearances in Three Portland's, an independent city-state and paranormal enclave located in
a self-contained pocket universe, which can only be accessed by three portals. None of which were used by SCP-####
The subject was tracked down and surrendered itself in Mexico City, Mexico, 2020.
It has since been located at Site-19, and has been assigned to Dr Henry Atkins.

(The Audio Log starts off silent for around 3 seconds)

Dr Henry Atkins: Lets begin with you stating your name, date of birth and location of birth. Then I'll start asking you questions.

SCP-####: Oh, so we're doing a thing where the conversation is… Okay.

//(The Subject coughs to clear its throat.))

SCP-####: My name's Evan Hawkins. I was born March 1st, 2004. In Cambridge, England.

Dr Henry Atkins: Good. When did you first first become aware of your abilities?

SCP-####: 2017. I'd been reading a book on Lucid Dreaming during the summer, and when I'd started suffering from anxiety my powers just sort of appeared.

Dr Henry Atkins: Does anyone else know about your abilities?

SCP-####: No. My parents wouldn't believe me and I haven't had friends for a long time.

Dr Henry Atkins: Can you explain to me what your abilities are?

SCP-####: Not really. I'm as new to them as I am to this… Place… I know it's something to do with existing outside of reality. It's where I go, I mean. When I vanish. It's like I step outside of, well, the Universe. And the spaces I make are my own smaller universes.

Dr Henry Atkins: I believe that what you are describing is having the ability to create pocket universes.

SCP-####: That, does sound like it. I did find this one place, outside reality. Large open space with a civilisation inside. Seemed a lot like what I can make, actually. Was that a pocket?

Dr Henry Atkins: What you're referring too is Three Portlands. An independent city-state that exists inside a pocket universe.

(Atkins can be heard writing down some notes)

Dr Henry Atkins: Is there anything else you notice when you step outside of the Universe?

SCP-####: Yeah, lights.

Dr Henry Atkins: Lights? How many?

SCP-####: I'd say around… Infinite. It's like the glow that our Universe emits when I'm out there, except many and far away. And different colours.

Dr Henry Atkins: You think that they might be other Universes?

SCP-####: That was my general idea, yes.

(Atkins can be heard writing down some final notes)

Dr Henry Atkins: I think that covers all that I need to know as of right now, though may I ask how you're finding this whole experience?

SCP-####: I don't think I'm feeling anything as of right now, just… numb. (Brief Pause) It's most like a prison here, what with Cells and Guards and… Will I ever be allowed out?

Dr Henry Atkins: As of this moment, no. But if it's deemed acceptable then you might be allowed to return to your normal life on the outside. Under close supervision of course.

SCP-####: Right… Well, it's certainly been nice talking with you.
