Special Containment Procedures: Item 4714 is to be kept in a 3x3x3 metre chamber at all times. Item 4714 should not ever have more than one Class - D at a time, during testing due to the conception of what may happen to the SCP. If any personnel are to enter SCP-4714's containment chamber, they are instructed not to move their arms too much. In the only instance personnel are to enter the chamber is either for janitorial duties on rare occasions, or if security personnel are needed inside the chamber.
Description: SCP-4714 is contained in Site 19, and was used as a complimentary SCP, yet was put into a containment cell due to personnel of Level-[REDACTED] clearance misusing the SCP. SCP-4714 is an old, rustic looking green box with a key hole placed on the top of the SCP. SCP-4714's width is 0.5 metres, height 0.1 metres, depth 0.5 metres, yet personnel cannot measure it due to its properties. SCP-4714 seems to be painted with dark green paint, yet some segments of the paint have been scratched off over time due to how old it is. The SCP is to have been found on a beach, buried in sand, located in [REDACTED], Canada. When the SCP was located, Dr. [REDACTED] ordered squad [REDACTED] to retrieve the SCP and have it handed to O5- [REDACTED]. It was then placed into Site 19.
SCP-4714 responds to any human miming out any object, or anything in the universe, to the SCP Foundation's knowledge. SCP-4714 is stored in light containment, next to SCP- [REDACTED]. If a Class - D is ever found to start miming something that is not as ordered, or starts to mime a weapon, the Class - D is to be [REDACTED] or [REDACTED] as swiftly as possible by any available guards.
SCP-4714 can only produce objects when the key hole has been unlocked by the key, of which is located in [REDACTED]. Only personnel of Level - [REDACTED] clearance and higher are permitted to hold this key, as too are they the clearance that may test. The Class - D are strictly forbidden to be in possession of the key, as this could swiftly lead to a Class - D riot. If the Class - D is not terminated, and has made anything without permission, then the cell is to be on lockdown. If the Class - D creates any sort of keycard, weapon, drug, electronic, or anything that could harm the foundation, 4 Mobile Task Force Members of squad [REDACTED] are to be sent after the Class - D. [REDACTED] is also to be put on lockdown for safety, and all tests in the sector are to stop and must only start again when told.
If a test is to be executed on the SCP, there are needed to be at least two level clearance [REDACTED] guards on standby.
If termination is ever to be executed on the SCP, the key hole is to be locked at all times, as to not try to create any objects.
