.Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be be held in a 5 metre wide and 7 metre length and 27 metres tall.
.Description: SCP XXXX is a large,alien humanoid entity approximately 20 meters tall and 57 centimetres in width, almost resembling a human in body shape if it were not for certain tweeks in the anomaly's anatomy. Its skin is dark red with black stripes on the back and clings so tightly to its skeletal structure it almost completely wraps around its bones, this has allowed Foundation scientists to closely examine its bizarre anatomy. Its body consists of a torso, on which four ribs are discernible through the tight skin of the creature and resemble arrows pointing up. From each of its broad shoulders sprouts an arm which is about 18 meters long and ends in two claws resembling those of a praying mantis with a smaller thumb-like digit which can spray out a dark fluid[known as SCP XXXX-A] which degrades anything it touches until it has completely decayed [glass , however, seems to degrade the slowest of the materials hit by the fluid] , in a recent experiment ordered by [DATA EXPUNGED] it was discovered that the mysterious fluid has much resemblance to that of SCP[DATA EXPUNGED].The entities arms can split in two to release hooked tentacles that will attempt to ensnare prey,the entity's head is shaped like a crocodiles but at the snout there is a growth that resembles a black closed flower which opens up when threatened to reveal many needle like teeth inside and a large fand-rimmed sucker and the entities head has two thin slits through which SCP XXXX-A is shot out of in combat as well as a strange, large dome-shaped protrusion which resembles a bee's eye on its forehead which is believed to be its organ of vision. Its feet are cloven like a goat's and have bubo-like growths on them which retract to boost the the entities speed. The rest of the legs are thin and about 17 meters tall.
. Discovery:SCP XXXX was discovered in [REDACTED] 2020 in the Italian city of [REDACTED] held by an organisation called XSEM which stands for the Latin words : Xenos Studium Et Necro[trans of the latin:Alien Study and Destruction] who were holding the being in a metal cube for research until the Foundation attempted to bargain with the organisation after discovering the XSEM after doing research into them. XSEM replied with a hostile response due to fear of getting their resources exploited by the Foundation and started a minor conflict by attacking Foundation sites and the their opponents responding the same .After a week of conflict the XSEM surrendered SCP 5001 , a mysterious "alien" tablet with strange runes ,a peculiar green ooze identified as SCP[REDACTED] and a sketch of the anatomy of the creature.

Behaviour:SCP 5001 is very intelligent and acasionatley sends out telepathic messages to those around it ,such messages are usually asking about culture and politics and it has been proven possible through tests to respond to the telepathy by merely thinking up a reply .It has been known for SCP XXXX to constantly ask about a mask and its whereabouts and repeatedly mentions the fact the mask is vital for us and it;when asked "what do you mean?" by the person being addressed concerning a political or culture question it launches a sudden mental attack(if the questioned person doesn't reply by asking what XXXX is talking about and answers the question the entity will leave them alone) on the victim which causes brain death to the assailed and the gets possessed by SCP XXXX and will start to act like a second 5001, meaning that things the possessed body notices XXXX will also notice , the possessed will also sometimes act out the anomalies actions and obey its commands .If a person replies in the same way when asked about the mask(if the questioned responds without asking what the entity is talking about and tries to answer XXXX will gleefully take in all information while pressing on for more) the alien will take a different approach and will attempt to charm and use soft words on the questioned and will attempt to be charismatic while being very polite and flattering to the person being addressed while trying to coax out as much info as possible about the mask and its whereabouts until it is satisfied, which can take extremely long in fact since it may converse with the subject for days and the longest conversation made by SCP XXXX lasted until the until the test subject [one male D-class] died of dehydration after three days due to the fact that while conversing with SCP XXXX the test questioned does not seem to notice time passing by and will keep talking until interrupted .XXXX .however,it has a sadistic side to it too since is superstitiously manipulative and has threatened, temporarily hypnotised , driven subjects insane and caused them to commit suicide which has caused many important foundation secrets have been leaked to it and has led many researches to call for its extermination.The reason it has not been killed is the fact that SCP XXXX is actually quite useful to the SCP Foundation because although it is occaasionaly hostile it has been proven that XXXX is not completely aggressive due to the fact it will obey instructions given to it through telepathy sent to it by another telepathic SCP; but those who try to send it commands when it is sending the message to them will receive a extremely hostile telepathic response which instantly brings feelings of fear and nausea to the questioned . SCP XXXX has a large and useful knowledge on other SCPs as well as the XSEM and its intentions to investigate extraterrestrial life and planets and has been entered into Mobile Task Force Omega-17 by SCP-076-2 because of its superior combat abilities and intellect, in fact 076-2 has called the entity "a worthy and honorable foe " as well as "a strange yet mighty beast, the only factor of it I frown upon is the use of the mind as a weapon ".SCP-XXXX also seems to occasionally feel remorse over some deaths of its victims and tries to feed them while talking without stopping the conversation (it has been theorized by Foundation researcher Dr Bright that SCP XXXX keeps interviewing the subject for so long is because being an alien lifeform it doesn't seem to mind communicating for so long because its mind "is stranger and more advanced than our squishy, stupid ones. I mean ""stupid"" as in the fact that its brains more adapted than ours,though I do think our brains make absolute fools of us sometimes."The anomaly will attack if provoked or if discovered trying to escape which it has tried four times. SCP XXXX is extremely strong and resistant to damage meaning it can survive bullet's ,explosion's and toxic gas and can make tactical decisions that seem to solve almost any dangerous situation or problem Omega-17 faces on the field and has saved their lives on many occasions. .Addendum: here are the following tests and events SCP-XXXX was involved in. SCP-XXXX: "Yessss , you are correct . I am doing it for us . The mask will give me power to rule over you to save you and me from the apocalypse that shall come unless I find the Mask of Evil and save you from END occuring ."
SCP-343: "Ahhh… are you sure the mask will work considering the mask is a creation of malice? And the the fact that the Foundation demand's to know what the mask is ."

SCP-343 "Yes ,sir alien .It is in the Foundation's custody and is dangerous to humans .It is what they call SCP-[REDACTED]. It is sure to breach containment soon It is what they call an SCP, I have learnt ."
SCP-XXXX "I already know what it is .I have figured it out .I will trick it into possessing me by taking human form.And youuuuuuu know too .You are very strange ."
