Special Containment Procedures: The building containing SCP-XXXX has been occupied and is being run by undercover Foundation personnel under the guise of a wholesale store. The door which leads to SCP-XXXX is constantly locked and all non-Foundation personnel attempting to access the toilet compartment are to be denied entrance on the grounds of plumbing issues.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard flush toilet located in a building that was formerly used as a safe house by the Boko Haram terrorist group in ██████, Nigeria.
SCP-XXXX has proven resistant to any damage. All attempts to successfully excavate the immediate area surrounding SCP-XXXX have been met with inconclusive results. SCP-XXXX does not empty its contents into the building’s septic tank and the waste drain pipe leading away from it cuts off abruptly at about 30 centimeters into the ground. Its cistern is apparently constantly filled with water despite the building having no source of running water. Aside from this along with its primary anomalous effects, SCP-XXXX functions like a normal flush toilet.
SCP-XXXX's primary anomalous effects are only triggered when any human (hereby known as "subject") sits on and defecates in SCP-XXXX. When triggered, the subject will physically be unable to leave the seat of SCP-XXXX until the completion of the "process". All attempts to remove subject from SCP-XXXX prior to this have resulted in failure. All other manners of using SCP-XXXX (defecating while squatting, urinating etc) will result in SCP-XXXX functioning like a normal flush toilet.

TEST LOG 007/15-05-20██

Subject: D-1812, a 31-year-old female of Caribbean descent.
Researcher: Dr Zina, L.
Date: 15-05-20██
Prior to this test, D-1812 was fed 8 standard meals over the course of 36 hours. This was done to naturally stimulate bowel movement.

LOG OF EVENTS:

D-1812 was ordered to sit on SCP-XXXX and defecate. D-1812 complies hesitantly amidst complains of how "it feels funny when you're being watched".

D-1812 continues without any complications or anomalous occurrences. It should be noted that D-1812's flow of faeces was deemed "normal and consistent."

D-1812 has been defecating non-stop for 30 minutes. When queried about the unusual amount of time spent defecating in SCP-XXXX, D-1812 shrugs and seems oblivious to it.

D-1812 stops defecating and notes feelings of "relief and satisfaction".
D-1812 looks in the bowl of SCP-XXXX and exclaims [EXPLETIVE REDACTED], referring to the unusually large amount of faeces expended which extends nearly halfway up the bowl of SCP-XXXX. Estimates put the volume of excrement at roughly ██ cm³.

D-1812 is ordered to clean up, sit up and leave SCP-XXXX. D-1812 attempts to comply but complains of being unable to move up from SCP-XXXX.

Security personnel are sent into the compartment to help D-1812 up from the seat. All attempts to remove D-1812 from SCP-XXXX fail. D-1812 begins to panic.

D-1812 complains of a slight fever, stomach aches and nausea. D-1812 remarks about wanting to vomit but physically being unable to.

D-1812 begins to exhibit symptoms of severe dehydration including dry skin, red eyes and dry heaving.

D-1812's stomach region enlarges and D-1812 appears to be constantly losing a significant amount of weight. This continues for over an hour.

D-1812's heart rate and breathing increase drastically as she continuously moans, grunts and complains of unbearable pain in her abdomen. Enlargement of the stomach region stops at this point. However, constant pulsating in D-1812's abdomen is observed.

D-1812 holds stomach, screams and begins to excrete violently into SCP-XXXX while having what seems to be a seizure. Contents of the material defecated include blood, water, mucus membrane, bile, [REDACTED], urine, fatty tissue and [REDACTED].

At this time, there are random undulating movements on D-1812's lower torso. D-1812 pleads for help and thrashes around violently while still stuck on SCP-XXXX. The skin around D-1812's thigh and buttock regions begin to crack, tear and bleed due to incessant attempts to vacate SCP-XXXX.

The abdominal contraptions have become more pronounced. D-1812 bleeds profusely from her injured thighs and buttocks as attempts to vacate SCP-XXXX increase in intensity.

Through an unknown mechanism, what appears to be parts of D-1812's digestive system along with various organs, including but not limited to the entirety of the stomach, [REDACTED] and small intestine are excreted violently - along with a substantial amount of blood - through the anal cavity. During this phase, D-1812 convulses and twitches erratically while her mouth is open in an apparent bout of screaming, however, no audible sound is heard.

D-1812's corpse falls to the floor and SCP-XXXX flushes.¹

ADDENDUM:
SCP-XXXX was discovered on 1/7/20██ after the reported deaths of dozens of terrorist fighters as a result of a "strange diarrhoea-like disease" over an extended period.
After the reclamation of the town from the Boko Haram insurgents by the Nigerian Armed Forces, Foundation forces were able to move in and successfully contain SCP-XXXX.
Further research to reveal the origin of SCP-XXXX's anomalous nature is ongoing.
