Description: SCP-5188 looks to be a normal human male with black hair, red eyes and antlers similar to a deer 5188 is about 5"11 5188's main reason for containment is the fact that he seems to be able to cast some sort of magic that takes away from his own life through a tattoo on his right arm that resembles tentacles erupting from a portal of some kind. it seems SCP-5188 has some kind of illusion that he keeps up as long as he is awake but the second it falls asleep he appears to have a deer skull attached to his head similar to SCP-323 "Wendigo Skull" but it seems that 5188 doesn't suffer any of the deadly or bad effects akin to 323-2's skull but he has expressed that the effect are similar to anyone except him from his prolonged time wearing multiple sentient objects.
