Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a cell with concrete walls that are to be no thinner than 3'. This room is to be guarded by two (2) armed personnel with level five (5) clearance. In the eventuality of an attack or containment breach the room is to be filled with Sarin gas from two retractable pipes hidden in the roof. A Jammer is to be present on one wall at all times. SCP-XXXX-1 is to be scanned by a member of MTF Mu-4, this is then to be taken directly to a direct, wired, connection to the 05 council attached to a memetic kill agent.Following Incident-3 the data is not to be read except for by D-Class personnel in testing. Following Incident-1 all testing will be done by level five (5) researchers. Following Incident-2 and Incident-3 all testing is to be forbidden, unless permission granted by 05 council, in this eventuality the data must be seen first by a D-Class who is then to be given amnestics.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a unknown laptop model with one HDMI type two (2) port on the side. When closed the object exhibits no physical anomalous properties apart from the absence of any identifying brand mark, SCP-XXXX also emits a signal that can be picked up as far as 20 metres away and can send data over that length, this has been stopped by using a jammer. The signal has been tested and cannot be used for inputs. When it is opened however, the screen will remain blank for approximately 5 seconds and then turn on and display SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is a QR code that changes once a day at exactly twelve (12) o'clock. SCP-XXXX-1 can be displayed as any QR code from version one (1) to forty (40). The contents of SCP-XXXX-1 varies but usually contains information about one of the following: Information to do with SCPs, Name's of personnel, Information on GoIs, Data logs regarding deep cover operations.

Addendum-1: SCP-XXXX was secured on ██/██/20██ by members of MTF Delta 5, when a member deep in cover in the GoI Serpents hand, discovered that several of the groups members were investigating a supposed anomalous Computer. Following the discovery of this Agent [REDACTED] then proceeded to use his cover to get directly too the room in which it was being kept. He then Managed to get within the room in which he found SCP-XXXX and a phone. He collected the phone and secured SCP-XXXX in a laptop bag. On the way out Agent [REDACTED] encountered two members of the GoI in question, this led to an unfortunate accident in which both were found dead three (3) miles from the London borough of █████.

The computer was extracted to research site-██ along with the phone found alongside it.
The phone was found to contain a scanned SCP-XXXX-1 which contained the location of a SCP foundation safe house. The house has been abandoned and the phone had it sim card removed and all data from the phone was transferred directly for processing by IT Personnel. The phone was then destroyed.

Addendum-2: All data from the phone has been extracted. The following is the most important data retrieved regarding SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX was obtained by Serpents hand on ██/██/20██. It was found in a suburban home within the London borough of █████. It had just been delivered to the home when the new owner found its' anomalous property. They proceeded to phone the company which had delivered it. Serpents hand heard of this through their regular phone taps. They then extracted the object swiftly and securing it within their compound. A child was "accidentally" killed during their raid of the house. The family of the child have been given amnestics.

By chance of pure luck, Agent [REDACTED] managed to obtained it before any tests were made.

Bellow are all the tests as of yet made with SCP-XXXX.
For all these tests a input or output device was attached through the HDMI port.

Test-1
Input: A keyboard on which the word SCP-XXXY(to be determined) was typed.
Output: The next day SCP-XXXX-1 gave the containment method for SCP-XXXY was found.

Test-2
Input: A keyboard on which the word SCP-XXYY was typed.
Output: The next day SCP-XXXX-1 Contained all Staff currently assigned to SCP-XXYY

Test-3
Input: A Microphone that the word "Ted" was spoken.
Output: The next day SCP-XXXX-1 contained a link to the movie Ted.

Test-4
Input: A Electronic Piano on which the keys B,A and D were played.
Output: The next day SCP-XXXX-1 contained a MP3 file that played bad by Michael Jackson.

Test-5
Input: A wireless keyboard, on which the word "Good" was typed, connected via the wireless signal. (The jammer was turned off for the time of the test)
Output: The next day SCP-XXXX-1 contained a picture of a chicken with eggs.

Test-6
Input: A keyboard on which was typed "179" was typed.
Output: A researcher saw this iteration, which we believe contained a memetic kill agent, of SCP-XXXX-1 and promptly died.

Test-7
Input: A keyboard on which was typed "Kill agent" was typed.
Output: A Class-D scheduled for termination saw this iteration of SCP-XXXX-1 and promptly died.

Addendum-3: Following the outcome of the tests made, we have created a theory regarding how SCP-XXXX works. We believe that SCP-XXXX is an Omnipotent being that manifests itself in the form of a computer. We also believe it chooses the contents of SCP-XXXX-1 either randomly or through external stimulus using the HDMI port. This theory may be incorrect as Test-6 shows us
As all testing is currently banned we can -for the mean time- take this testing no further.

The regular extraction and reading of data from SCP-XXXX-1 was taking place by a level three (Three) researcher. This iteration of SCP-XXXX-1 contained a level five (5) clearance file. The researcher had amnestics administered and removed from the project.
Result: All research has been limited to level five (5) personnel only.

Incident-2
██/██/20██
A level five (5) researcher extracted and read the data. This iteration of SCP-XXXX-1 contained 05-█'s personnel file. The researcher had amnestics administered and was removed from the project.
Result: All Research and testing has been banned unless given permission by the 05 council.

Incident-3
██/██/20██
Permission for research was given by 05-█ for seeing if it could produce memetic kill agents.
A D-class was exposed to SCP-XXXX-1 which contained a memetic kill agent and died. More information in Test-7.
Result: All testing data must be seen first by a D-Class who is then to be given amnestics. Discussions are under way to see if SCP-XXXX can be used as an efficient way of terminating undesirables.
