Special Containment Procedures: For the sake of any personnel interacting with Troy, this file is unable to be read or accessed within 5 miles of site Z5-J. Troy is to be contained primarily within site Z5-J in a 3 room suite with a bedroom, playroom and television/computer room. Each room is to be lined with silver (see provision T12187-D. Troy is be be fed at 0700, 1300 and 1900 every day with a different meal on a monthly Rota (see provision T12187-C). Troy is to be accompanied everywhere with Mr. Smith (see provision T12187-B) and is to be allowed to exit it's chamber whenever it desires in order to socialise with site personnel (see provision(s) T12187-G to T12187-K). Troy is not allowed to leave the site for any reason, no matter how much Troy begs, cries and throws tantrums, they are never to leave Site Z5-J.

Description: Troy predominantly takes on the form of a small caucasian child of age ten (ten) with bright blonde hair and fiery orange eyes. Troy is usually 142 cm (4'7.9") and usually weighs around 31.5 kg (69.45 lbs). Troy usually wears a small selection of foundation approved clothing and even a small D-class uniform for when it wishes to play 'Containment Breach' with the site staff, who describe it as most enjoyable). Troy seems to be a very curious creature and will question everything until it ascertains an answer it seems acceptable.

Note: Troy does not have a consistent form so procedures are written with the idea that Troy is not a humanoid and is more akin to a gelatinous glob
