Special Containment Procedures:
Currently, SCP-XXXX is surrounded by a fortified amphibious Research Facility designated as Provisional Site-XXXX, and is to be closed off from all forms of public availability, and is kept under advanced secrecy from local knowledge of neighboring shores. The facility itself is constructed around the immediate perimeter of SCP-XXXX's bordering non-anomalous terrain and waters. The containment site also includes 147 various underwater filters specialized to prevent instances of SCP-XXXX-A becoming lost into the surrounding ocean. During instances of SCP-XXXX-A manifestation, on site retrieval teams are to locate, retrieve, and dispose every instance of SCP-XXXX-A.
Mobilized Task Force Gamma-6 has been assigned to the Provisional Site-XXXX to prevent any sea travel from entering the perimeter of Provisional Site-XXXX. As well as guarding the neighboring towns from entering visible sight lines of plausible anomalous activity. Mobilized Task Force Gamma-6 is no longer authorized to take preventative action against SCP-XXXX-B as SCP-XXXX-B has proven to be an uncontainable anomaly.

SCP-XXXX, previously referred to as ████████ ███████, is a 395.2 meter wide coastal region, located off the shores of ██████, that anomalously produces an endless amount of unidentifiable human corpses (SCP-XXXX-A). The nature in which how and why instances of SCP-XXXX-A manifest in the surrounding water of SCP-XXXX is unknown, as SCP-XXXX-A manifestations do not seem to correlate with any national or global statistics for missing persons cases, and at this point in time, no plausible explanation for who instances SCP-XXXX-A exactly were prior to manifestation have been confirmed, as SCP-XXXX-A instances DNA do not match any known living or non-living person. However, Foundation DNA Specialists have been able confirm that SCP-XXXX-A instances are indeed human in nature.

SCP-XXXX's was discovered July 9th, 2006 by foundation personnel after a series of local investigations reported the incredibly inordinate finding of 290 instances of "dead bodies", seemingly brought to shore by the harsher winds experienced by the surrounding area pertaining to SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is believed by some to be anomalous in part, by its irregular Hume Level, as consistent observation of SCP-XXXX's reality found a constant fluctuation between 17.2 and 35.4 Hm, with variation largely occurring as SCP-XXXX-B manifests itself into our reality.

SCP-XXXX-B is a roughly 2 meter tall, humanoid entity, seemingly comprised of an incorporeal black mass, with three circular luminescent eye-like orifices located in a triangular pattern upon SCP-XXXX-B's upper cranial area. SCP-XXXX-B has shown to be an extraordinarily dangerous entity, as SCP-XXXX-B seems to emit a high levels of electromagnetic radiation emanating from the entity's eyes. SCP-XXXX-B seems to only appear once a year on the specific date and time, July 6th, 12:00 pm, the significance of this date to foundation is currently unknown. SCP-XXXX-B manifestations appear to be of a ritualistic nature, as SCP-XXXX-B has never been observed diverting from its prior actions taken during all foundation observed SCP-XXXX-B manifestation events.
