Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained at a safe-class containment locker at Site-19. Due to the incident that occurred as mentioned in Addendum XXXX.2, SCP-XXXX is currently contained inside its own containment room with enough space to allow for any individuals returning from SCP-XXXX-B to our own universe to have a safe arrival, and later retrieval of these. Use of amnestics is obligatory, but its class will depend on the amount of time expended by the individual inside SCP-XXXX-B, as well the creation of a backstory to justify the individual’s disappearance.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an acoustic guitar of the brand Barnes & Mullins Ltd, the brand itself doesn’t show any correlation to the anomalous presented in SCP-XXXX, presenting a stable state despite that SCP-XXXX dates back approximately the last century; SCP-XXXX works as a normal and brand new acoustic guitar when its anomalous ability isn’t activated.
When an individual uses SCP-XXXX with a plectrum while playing and if the plectrum falls to the guitar hole, both the plectrum and the individual playing SCP-XXXX will be transported to what is designated SCP-XXXX-B. SCP-XXXX-B is a pocket dimension that resembles a musical school. Any attempts of individuals exiting SCP-XXXX-B immediately will suddenly disappear, not returning to SCP-XXXX-B nor its original dimension it came from.
Inside SCP-XXXX-B live instances which are denominated SCP-XXXX-C, show a humanoid form entirely made of plectrums. These instances are fully capable of understanding and communicating with people transported to SCP-XXXX-B.
The only way for any individual to exit SCP-XXXX-B is to locate the plectrum it had previously lost after falling inside the guitar hole. When the individual manages to find its plectrum, it will enter a competition between other contenders who are to trying to exit SCP-XXXX-B. After being the last contestant left, it will have to battle against the director of the conservatorium, which is an instance of SCP-XXXX-C, and the leader of the rest of the mentioned instances.
Addendum XXXX.1: Acquisition of the object
SCP-XXXX was discovered in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana, on 03/08/2005 when it was reported that 17-year-old Luke Sanderson disappeared in the middle of a private lesson in Nola School of Music. It was stated that the student disappeared without leaving any trace and the last instance was from his teacher who saw him vanish after his plectrum fell off his hand while playing a note on SCP-XXXX. The Foundation quickly intervened and the teacher, as well as other members of the academy, were given Class-A amnestics; SCP-XXXX was successfully retrieved and later contained at its current site.
Addendum XXXX.2: Incident Log
On 04/15/2013 at 01:48 AM a subject appeared near SCP-XXXX’s containment locker. Subject was subdued and was later identified to be Luke Sanderson, but didn’t show any physical differences despite the time-lapse of eight years. The subject brought alongside him the plectrum that supposedly disappeared with him, as well as a notebook. Both of these were retrieved; the plectrum for research purposes, while the notebook was found to be a journal from the subject and his experiences in SCP-XXXX-B. Subject was given Class-C amnestics and relocated to a suburban town away from his home state of Louisiana, as well as a made up backstory. Subject’s journal has been attached below.
I’m stuck inside a school. No, not my normal school. The music school I’ve been practicing guitar for the last few months. Just a… moment ago, I think, I was playing with my guitar, without any problems, then my goddamn butterfingers slid off the plectrum I was playing with. Naturally, I would have just picked it off the floor. If that didn’t work, check inside the guitar hole, and if that didn’t work either, shake the damn instrument until it fell off the floor. Well, guess what? I don’t have my plectrum, nor the guitar for that matter, and I don’t know where to start after this. Ah, fuck it, by this point it doesn’t matter if it makes sense or not, I’ll just spit it out.
So, I’m stuck inside this music school.
