"Tommy" The Vortex Magician

Item #: SCP-6000

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6000 is contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell in Research Sector-02 at Site-19. SCP-6000 currently has standard privileges and necessities, as well as the privilege to interview other SCPs with heavy monitoring from scientist personnel. Although he is cooperative with foundation personnel, If his behavior becomes negative, these privileges can and will be taken away. His containment chamber's walls are lined with wool on all sides except for the entrance with electricity conducting into it. There must be two guards standing outside of SCP-6000's containment chamber with tasers at all times, in case of a breach. If the first two lines of defense fail, all attempts must be made to electrocute SCP 6000. As of ██/██/████, SCP-6000 has been issued a standard Class-D personnel outfit.

SCP-6000's top hat and suit ( designated SCP-6000-1 and SCP-6000-2) are contained in a steel locker with attached tracking devices at Site-19's High Value Item Storage Facility. if SCP-6000 is to obtain SCP-6000-1 or SCP-6000-2, they must be reprimanded immediately. SCP-6000, SCP-6000-1, and SCP-6000-2 can only come in contact for purpose of experimentation.

Description: SCP-6000 (formerly known as Thomas Pritchard) is a male human of Caucasian descent. Though it has never been made certain, SCP-6000 has gone on to say he's ██ years old at the time of acquisition, implying he was born in ████. Although involuntary, SCP-6000 will at times levitate and be able to move around in the air. Questions on how he does this lead to him getting aggravated, saying that he "doesn't know". When electrocuted, his head will move sporadically and fall on his knees to the ground. His eyes also have shown to leak standard fountain pen ink while in this state. If SCP-6000 isn't handled carefully while in this state, he will get off the ground and become aggressive, trying to destroy things and attack people. SCP-6000 has also shown to have somewhat prior knowledge of the Foundation and it's purpose.

SCP-6000-1 is a black magician-style top hat with a golden ribbon around the base of the crown. the
label of the hat says "Possession of Thomas Pritchard". When SCP-6000 is asked about the origin of SCP-6000-1 he tries to change the subject, being noticeably unnerved. Tests have shown that the hat is created from industrial-grade silk. when looking inside the hat, the underside of the crown is nothing but a black void. When reaching inside, instead of feeling the inner lining, Class-D personnel have described saying "it feels cold and empty". SCP-6000 has shown that he can teleport SCP-6000-1 into his grasp at all times and can telepathically manipulate its movement with his hand when it is close to him.

SCP-6000-2 is a dark blue suit with similar abilities to SCP-6000-1. Attempts to remove SCP-6000-2 from SCP-6000 have shown unsuccessful, although SCP-6000 has shown that he can remove SCP-6000-2 himself. When removed, SCP-6000-2 becomes a normal suit with seemingly nothing anomalous about it. Questions about how SCP-6000 obtained SCP-6000-2 warrant the same results as asking him how he obtained SCP-6000-1, though he has stated that he obtained them together.
Similar to SCP-6000-1, SCP-6000-2 can also be teleported onto his body at will.

When SCP-6000 reaches into SCP-6000-1 or SCP-6000-2, he can pull items from it. some items include a cane, SCP-109(see Appendix 1),a poker deck, and multiple firearms(see Experiment Log 1-A for more items). SCP-6000 can only grab items out of SCP-6000-1 and SCP-6000-2 when he is in physical contact with either of them. When not in possession of SCP-6000-1 and SCP-6000-2, SCP-6000 is shown to be in a more neutral and calmer mindset. When SCP-6000 is in his electrocuted state while in possession of SCP-6000-1 or SCP-6000-2, he will proceed to pull several harmful objects from them.

Appendix 1: Acquisition: SCP-6000 was acquired during a Class-D pickup at the Jackson Police Jail in Jackson, MI. When walking by SCP-6000's cell, MTF Guards saw SCP-6000 drinking out of SCP-109. When asked how he obtained it, he responded with, "Where you're from". SCP-6000 was contained shortly after.

Appendix 2: Diagnosis: Following multiple episodes, a session with the Site-19 psychiatry department was issued by Dr. Scott Anderson. Shortly after the session, SCP-6000 was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.
