Special containment procedures:
????-1 should be surrounded by a 320 yard kill zone ended by a fifteen foot wall. The wall should be topped with barbed wire and auto cannons should be placed every 30 feet on the wall. Kill zone should be under constant surveillance and a any movement should cause a red alert. Any personnel should be terminated immediately under no excuses. Beyond the first wall a 250 yard field of barbed wire with watchtowers supplied with a rocket, two machine guns, and manned by two armed guards at all times. If there is a length of time with less than two in any watchtower, this should be investigated immediately.
