There isn't much here but my ideas and instructions for myself.

SCP-XXXX is a white female standing at approximately 1.63 meters. SCP-XXXX will intentionally avoid areas with a brightness of 107.53 lux or higher, and will usually move to the least lit area possible if it cannot find an area meeting that standard. SCP-XXXX will suffer first-degree burns when exposed to a brightness of 10,752.7 lux, and the burns will become worse as the light level rises. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to be in any area with a brightness of 0.11 lux or lower.
When in an area of 0.11 lux or lower, SCP-XXXX will be able to turn itself into steam, essentially being able to completely control any areas nearby with 0.11 lux or lower by moving and destroying objects, and creating objects that were held by SCP-XXXX when entering the control process at any direction and at any velocity up to 800 m/s.
When ending the control process, the area under control will take on a lux of exactly 0, SCP-XXXX will appear in that controlled area, and the area will slowly regain brightness by approximately 0.05 lux per second, until it obtains its original brightness. When this occurs, SCP-XXXX will appear immediately upon the controlled area reaching 0 lux in any area desired. SCP-XXXX cannot enter the control process if it cannot focus or if it is burnt on any part of its body to any degree.
