Special Containment Procedures: Any individual claiming to have information regarding an undocumented GOI or any US government-based GOI, or has discovered any information regarding SCP-XXXX's history should privately inform their site's director. No personnel may publicly note unusual behavior by other personnel towards the Foundation insignia. If an individual fails to follow these procedures, they will be detained and brought to their site's director for questioning. This is to be understood by all personnel.
Currently, all but 7 Foundation sites present in the United States are built around instances of SCP-XXXX. Any civilians found within an instance of SCP-XXXXs area of effect should be interrogated before being amnesticized and returned to society with a cover story.
All foundation personnel present in the United States must have one or more objects containing Foundation Insignia on them at all times.1 D-Class personnel and Humanoid anomalies may only have an object containing Foundation Insignia on them during their designated meals and testing, before being given such an object all d-class and anomalies must be searched for contraband. Objects given to humanoid anomalies must either be fixed to a static object or be projected from a screen that can be remotely disabled.
No Foundation personnel may place a flash drive inside of a victim of SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the collective designation for 103 buildings located throughout the United States, all of which have identical anomalous properties.
Any given instance of SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties will activate upon an individual coming within 250 meters of that instance without being in physical contact with an object that has Foundation insignia present on it in some way. Upon activation, the individual will lose control over their body at which point they will assume a standing position. The effected individuals retain consciousness and perception, often describing the experience as distressing and uncomfortable. Some individuals under SCP-XXXX's effect for long periods of time describe the experience as painful and exhausting and often experience permanent phycological and physical damage from prolonged standing and paralysis. After 5 seconds of exposure, the individual's C3 vertebrae will dematerialize, but this does not cause the expected damage or any perceivable damage to the individual's nervous system. Upon the dematerialization, a USB port connected to the individual's nervous system materializes. No testing regarding this USB port has been authorized as of yet. If the subject is removed from the instance or given an object containing Foundation insignia all changes will revert and the individual will regain lost mobility.
SCP-XXXX-α-50 interior upon discovery, current location of area-79
Origin: While SCP-XXXX's exact origins remain unclear due to a complete lack of recovered items, the following is known. SCP-XXXX has no connections to any GOI within Foundation records and no group other than the Foundation has interacted with SCP-XXXX in any capacity. No other groups could have been involved with SCP-XXXX due to all known GOIs would have left documents and objects within SCP-XXXX. Additionally It is unlikely any group inhabited SCP-XXXX as no members of such a group have stepped forward and if the group was exterminated they there would be a large mass of bodies that could not have been cleared by the time of SCP-XXXXs discovery.
No side effects among personnel stationed in SCP-XXXX instances have been observed making it difficult to confirm what could have caused the anomaly2. It has been confirmed that it could not have been man-made due to its area of effect being so large and anomalous properties being so potent. Estimations predict it would have required multiple class-4 or higher reality benders to create such an effect that would last indefinitely as it currently appears to. Demonic and occult influences are being considered, but most theories involving such origins have been discarded.

Object Description: A black 64-gigabyte flash drive containing two text files of raw C++ code, 6 images, and what is assumed to be a compiler by Foundation programmers given its structure though it does not function as such.
Details of interest: The flash drive's code contains various commands that do not function when used as actual C++ code including the commands "nerv.ejcthorm « ", "nerv.eyeimpt", and "nerv.srchnur «" research into what these commands' purposes where has been authorized by site-38's head researcher Dr. Cesar. Document Preface: Document XXXX-B was discovered by Dr. Martin while searching through an undisclosed file drawer inside of an SCP-XXXX instance. It is the only known drawer to contain any files within an SCP-XXXX instance before the Foundation acquisition. The drawer contained 327 other documents, though the rest were either in such a syntax that they could not be understood or had no greater significance. All documents are describing different monetary transactions. It is believed that due to damage accidentally caused to Document XXXX-B it was never delivered explaining its presence among other less important documents. Unusual Phenomenon XXXX-C:
Penomonenon description: Multiple personnel has reportedly been staring at various pieces of SCP iconography for extended periods. Unusual Phenomenon XXXX-C mainly targets the Foundation's insignia with other Foundation symbols such as department logos having a much less prevalent effect. All coginitohazard and memetic screening has turned up inconclusive and conventional methods of subduing the effects of OCD and other known mental abnormalities that could cause Unusual Phenomenon XXXX-C have failed and no way of comparing this has been discovered. Unusual Phenomenon XXXX-C is only known to affect those who were stationed in an SCP-XXXX instance at one point with most affected by Unusual Phenomenon XXXX-C having been stationed at an SCP-XXXX instance during 01/07/1976 or earlier. Reports by those affected show a state of euphoria experienced during the manifestation of Unusual Phenomenon XXXX-C.

When the slab was moved to the storage locker of which it currently resided SCP-XXXX-α-15's area of effect shifted in such a way that recovered object XXXX-D remained in the center of the anomaly.

Notice Regarding SCP-XXXX:
It is becoming clear many personnel are questioning the Foundation's lack of involvement with SCP-XXXX. Our researchers must ask questions about the anomalous world and remain curious, but it has been thoroughly confirmed that SCP-XXXX is an anomaly that came from nowhere. There is nothing in it, and no information to be gained from it. It is concerning that the object happens to be very convenient with the only drawbacks being acceptable physical and mental health degradation among d-class and humanoid anomalies, but this is a complete coincidence. The technology to create the anomaly would require resources the Foundation does not possess nor does it have the connections required to utilize such technology. For more information contact your site's director. We would never lie to you, we would make sure you know what you don't know to facilitate trust and it is a shame that there is distrust among staff. Luckily this distrust has not lead to any incidents and we trust it is because of our staff's commendable loyalty. If there is a conspiracy forming regarding this anomaly then any personnel with knowledge of it should inform their site's director to receive a promotion.
