Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4326 is to be held within site 88 within a 10mx10m square room with temperature monitored at all times. Temperature in SCP-4326's Chamber should be below -37 Degrees F as to keep the subject in a relative state of immobility. All walls of SCP-4326's chamber should be smooth with no crack or damage, accompanied with a vacuum sealing door of at least 10 inches thick. SCP-4326 should be monitored at all time for any sign of movement or strange behavior, with at least two (2) trained guards armed with cryogenic weapons on guard near the door. The SCP is to be held in a clear sealing pod made of reinforced plastic fitting into a concrete frame.
Description: SCP-4326 is a humanoid of around 1.7 meters in height and displaying normal body proportions to that of a human male in their mid 20s. SCP-4326 seems to be made of a black oily liquid that flows as it moves along with two eyes made of a bright glowing blue flames. These flames also originate from its head much like human hair and travels down its arms to its Claws.
However below -37 degrees F the entity seems to freeze and goes into a dormant state the bright flames dimming down to a glow around the creature as the flowing black liquid that makes up its body crawls down almost to a complete stop. The entity's head pointing directly at the door as some movement from as a little as a finger twitch to a full body jolt can be seen.
SCP-4326 has the power of manifesting fireballs in the palm of its Claws from the long "hair" that flows down its body, these fireballs can be thrown at a speed of 30 MPH and result in a area explosion of a 5M radius from the impact point, the flames of this explosion have been registered at temperature of 302 Degrees F. Additionally any physical attack against the body of SCP-4326 seems to pass through the oily liquid that composes its body, scientific tests on samples taken from SCP-4326 show that temperatures below the freezing point of oil have any sort of affect on it.

Dr.█████: [What are you? and what is your purpose here? from the reports I got from the team who captured you, you were torturing civilian.]SCP-4326: [ I can smell them, so many wrathful people, ready to be eaten, ready to be punished, did you bring me to a buffet?] ( The SCP noticing the increase in temperature and breaks free of its restraints and begin to bash against the reinforced glass, straight away the team on site reduces the temperature below the required amount using super cooled steam.)

Dr.█████'s after interview thoughts: This SCP shows a understanding of human language and is therefore able to be communicated with. The creature mentioned a wrath and a "buffet?", speculation can only be made that it feeds off the wrathful while torturing them, though due to its mean of capturing and apprehending its target it can cause serious damage to surrounding areas.
Apply suggestions to 0-5 that the SCP be given one D-class personnel involved in a wrathful crime for feeding once a month, Possibly with the regular feeding we could have a conversation with SCP-4326. End of Notes
