Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3794 is a living mound of rocks. It is to be kept at all time in a 20ft by 20ft room at Site-██. Two guards are meant to be monitering SCP-4943 through 4 cameras placed in each of the rooms corners. The room will be covered in a 3 inch metallic surface to prevent the SCP from shifting or gathering more rock. If any breaches in the metal occur 2 guards will be stationed inside of the cell while the breach is fixed. During 12:00 am to 2:00 pm 3 guards will be stationed in SCP-3794's cell while it is deforming and reforming.
During transfer from Site-██ there should be 1 tuck in front and 1 truck behind the transport vehicle. Inside of the transfer vehicle 2 guards will be stationed in case of any accidental deformation. Inside of the other two vehicles there will be 3 guards with drills laced with a sleep toxin in case of an escape.
Description: SCP-4943 is a 2.3 meter tall sentient rock formation. In most cases the SCP stays in a deer like formation. While it prefers the deer formation it can cause rocks that are less than 3 inches away from it to connect with itself.These rocks will start out as a basic exoskeleton but after some time they start to gain organic matter and become another layer of "skin". During 12:00 to 12:30 SCP-4943 will deform itself into a pile of rocks. The reason behind this is so that it can heal from and damage sustained from the previous 24 hours. It will try its best to reform into the a deer like shape but if it fails then it will reform into a humanoid shape.
Additional Notes: SCP-4943 was discovered in a inactive coal mine. The mine closed down in 1917 because the rate of coal coming from the mine inflated the price in the surrounding area. The owners went bankrupt because of this and boarded it up. When Mark Tang went into the cave in 19██ he discovered that there were mounds of coal near the entrance. When he went deeper into the cave he saw that there was more and more coal and an abundant amount of animal skeletons. He saw what is now known as SCP-4943 "eating" a mouse. After it finished he saw coal come out of it.
Addendum 3794-01: When the SCP foundation acquired SCP- 4943 we also received coal from the surrounding area. After carbon dating the coal we discovered that it ranged from 19██ to 17 thousand years ago. The coal is absolutely normal except for the fact that it is hundreds of millions of years to young.
