Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4103 is to be kept in a concrete container (10 ft by 10 ft by 10 ft) in Site-65. It to be temperature controlled constantly and be kept in a room with temperatures not lower than -10 degrees Fahrenheit and not higher than 3 degrees Fahrenheit. It is to have no windows in the room, no openings except for ventilation, and no equipment except 1 camera for monitoring it. There may be light from the room coming from one single, dimly lit purple hanging bulb hanging from the ceiling to keep it calm. It must be on constant watch by at least 1 foundation personnel, and in the event that its containment conditions are not met, it must be watched over by 2 foundation personnel and 2 MTF members, who must report any unusual activity immediately.
Description: SCP-4103 is a clear, blackish, gelatinous toxin composed of water, mercury, zinc, and other, unknown materials. It is highly reactive to any changes in it's atmosphere including material, light, and temperature. It is fairly easy to contain if the conditions are right, if it is touched, the organism that touches it will not feel anything for up to █ hours, but then the part's of it's body will be paralyze part by part until the whole body of the organism is paralyzed ██████, including it's internals.
This reaction may be stopped if ███████ is applied to the victim organism. The SCP 4103 toxin will begin to recede, and if applied within 8 hours of contact (known as toxin break point), then the organism will begin to behave normally again, with minor memory loss.
Addendum 1: D-15162, touches SCP 4103, and keeps contact with it for 5 minutes, putting only the tip of their finger within the toxin. After 4 hours the subject reports that it cannot move their finger, after further examination, it is reported that the toxin has moved into the subject's nervous system, and has completely obstructed the muscle in the area of their finger. The toxin continues to spread quickly throughout the nervous system of the the subject, resulting in paralysis of the subject's entire arm at 5 hours, at 7 hours, half of the subjects body is completely paralyzed, and the subject starts facing respiratory and digestive problems. At eight hours (0 hours from break point), the subject reports an extreme burning sensation and collapses on the floor. At nine hours, the toxin is reported to completely spread throughout the subject's nervous system, with muscles on the right and inner left side completely obstructed, and all organs shutting down. At 10 hours the subject is completely paralyzed and faces █ seizures within ██ minutes. The subject's breathing slows down and promptly stops at ██ hours (█ hours from break point). The internals of the subject have been severely hemorrhaged and burned after further analysis.

Experiment Log A
Multiple D Class personnel, D-11084, and D-36678, come into contact with 4103, one for 5 min, the other for 10, and ███████ is applied for both personnel.
Experiment 1: [Personnel D-11084]: Subject comes into contact with their full hand with SCP-4103 toxin for 5 minutes flat. No physical changes are shown within the subject D Class until 4.31 hours, when the subject has a noticeably slurred movement. The hand of the subject succumbs to paralysis, and after further analyzing the subject, the subject's brain shows signs of euphoria, and the toxin is shown to have quickly spread to the subject's brain. The arm and many other parts on the right side of the body have become infected at that point to. This stays stable for 2.59 hours, when at 6.9 hours, the subject faces paralysis on their entire arm and body, as well as their digestive system and liver, and the subject quickly passes out. Hemorrhaging of the internals of the subject's body and internals becomes severe at 7.8 hours, and the subject faces full paralysis. At 8 hours, ███████ is administered to the subject, and after 4 hours the subject is rendered conscious, and is fully functioning after another 3 hours.
Experiment 2: [Personnel D-36678]: Subject comes into contact with their will had with SCP-4103 toxin for 10 minutes flat. Within 1 hour the subject faces paralysis in their full hand, and all muscles within the subject's hand are immediately obstructed. The toxin immediately causes excessive euphoria within the subject, and the subject passes out at 1.17 hours. The subject faces 5 seizures within the next 30 minutes, and is reported to have full body paralysis. ███████ is applied, but the subject's internal organs have begun to completely fail, at 2.56 hours, the subject is completely unresponsive and is reported dead.
