When worn, SCP-XXXX will instantly transform the wearer into any entity that the wearer imagines themselves to be, the wearer now reffered to as SCP-XXXX-1 is able to retain some of the abilities that the entity their portraying has ( see addendum XXXX-A for records ) while still retaining their normal human mental state, although biological needs can change or even fully ceased depending on what SCP-XXXX-1 is morphing into, the limit of this capability is still yet to be known as SCP-XXXX-1 instances has shown successful transformations of even several non-item SCP's.
Addendum XXXX-A: Discovery
SCP-XXXX Was recovered in the filming site for the Terminator: Salvation movie in New Mexico after the Foundation was informed by Agent Enkinson working with the police department on site after the report of a malfunctioning T-600 movie prop that accidentally opened fire at ███████ ████ and nearly killed the actor, it turns out to be an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 after the wearer turns back into their original form at which point Agent Enkinson noticed the anomaly, informed the Foundation, and took over the investigation.
