Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard metal box on a pedestal in the center of a 3x3x3m room. The pedestal should be 85cm tall, made of wood, metal, or concrete. Every 32 hours, a Class-D personnel is to clip all their fingernails using SCP-XXXX. In the event that 48 hours pass without SCP-XXXX being used to clip any fingernails, it is to be recontained immediately after it breaches containment. No efforts are to be made to contain it before it has come to a full stop next to the body of the SCP-XXXX-2 instance.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard gold-coloured nail clipper. Whenever the object is used to clip fingernails, the fingernail clippings (SCP-XXXX-1) will be held at the back of the object until the subject has finished clipping their fingernails. For SCP-XXXX to recognise that the clipping is finished, all fingernails on the subject's fingers must be at a length where the fingernail is short enough so that the tip of the finger can be seen. Once clipping is finished, the front end of SCP-XXXX will open, and all nail clippings stored in the object will be launched at speeds of up to 250m/s at the user. In 100% of cases, the nail clippings will penetrate vital organs and kill them within a minute. If SCP-XXXX is not used within every 48 hours, it will rise twenty centimeters off of the nearest surface and point it's front end towards the nearest living human, and will do this even when multiple walls are seperating the object and the nearest living human (SCP-XXXX-2). Once SCP-XXXX has pointed itself at SCP-XXXX-2, it will not point at any other human that interferes, and will ignore them completely. SCP-XXXX will then accelerate to a speed of 1000m/s within a second, and will move to SCP-XXXX-2. Once it has reached SCP-XXXX-2, it will begin to slow down and penetrate through the heart of SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 will then [REDACTED], and SCP-XXXX will clip SCP-XXXX-2's fingernails until the fingernails are short enough that the fingertips are visible, and then SCP-XXXX-2 will collapse.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX will break through any barriers placed in it's way, and no known material can stop it. It will also penetrate any human beings that are in it's path, but they will not always die. The penetration has no anomalous properties when the human is not the intended target. SCP-XXXX will continue towards SCP-XXXX-2. No material has any visible effect on SCP-XXXX, and fails to even slow it down. Notably, while SCP-XXXX-2 is [REDACTED], all functions within SCP-XXXX-2 cease immediately, but resume once it has collapsed and will proceed to expire normally.
