Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within an at minimum 4x6 meter room decorated and made to appear as a 1970's era living room, with a typewriter, a type of seat, most preferably a couch, and a television continually playing science-fiction shows that played during the years 1970-1980. These items are to be inspected, cleaned and/or repaired bi-weekly if needed to keep SCP-XXXX as docile as possible. SCP-XXXX does not require oxygen, food or water, and absolutely no cameras are to be present in SCP-XXXX's containment chamber.
It is mandatory that SCP-XXXX is to be kept docile at all times, this usually being the least dangerous. In the situation that SCP-XXXX breaches containment, a code Amber lockdown is to be initiated and present security is to relocate any and all staff to an airtight room, in which they will follow the standard procedure for an Amber lockdown.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity dressed in an 1970's brand of clothes equipped with an unidentified electronic ring surrounding its head and an unknown make of gasmask attached to its face. SCP-XXXX is approximately 193 centimeters tall and carries a typewriter of an undetermined model. SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects can vary depending on its current mood.
While at rest, SCP-XXXX's effect activates when someone perceives SCP-XXXX with any or all senses, including but not limited to thermoception, proprioception, time perception, sense of balance, temperature, and in some extreme cases, pain. This effect is to be referred to as SCP-XXXX's primary effect. The subject in contact with SCP-XXXX (who will from this point forward be referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) will then continually "feel" SCP-XXXX with said sense or senses. This effect does not persist for more than 72 hours.
When agitated or enraged, SCP-XXXX's effect activates when someone perceives SCP-XXXX with any one of their senses (most notably hearing, vision, touch, smell, or taste). This effect is to be referred to as SCP-XXXX's secondary effect. The subject in contact with SCP-XXXX (who will from this point forward be referred to as SCP-XXXX-2) will then gain an irrational fear of said sense, which will persist for the entirety of SCP-XXXX-2's lifespan. All attempted descriptions of SCP-XXXX while agitated or enraged by those whose senses are impaired are inconsistent or unobtainable due to SCP-XXXX's effects. Class A amnestics have been proven to be effective in treating SCP-XXXX-2 instances.
If happy or content, SCP-XXXX will continually [DATA EXPUNGED] until a time varying from 1 to 72 days has passed, depending on how much pleasure is felt. Any personal that has come into contact with SCP-XXXX during this time period are required go through extensive therapy for 6 months, combined with usage of amnestics until the effect is gone. If the effect still persists after this time period, they are to be euthanized.
