Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX should be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell that is reinforced and fitted with a submarine airlock to deal with high water pressure. The cell should also be fitted with a high speed water drain, that drains into the sea.
SCP-XXX must wear a class 5 muzzle at all times, to prevent it from opening it's mouth. Under no circumstances should the muzzle be removed.
SCP-XXX is allowed a selection of maritime-themed books, which should be changed every month. In addition, SCP-XX is allowed no more than four (4) miniatures of boats and ships.
No more than two (2) guards should be posted to the cell at any one time, and both should be fluent in ASL in order to communicate with SCP-XXX. They were permitted to converse with SCP-XXX, except on topics related to the Foundation.
In the event of a containment breach, the cell should be sealed water drain in the room should be activated. Once the water in the room reaches less than 1 meter deep, the two guards posted to the cell should enter and put SCP-XXX's muzzle back on. As SCP-XXX will likely be distressed during it's active state, minimal force is authorised.
Description: SCP-XXX is a Caucasian human male, appearing around 16 years of age. He is outwardly friendly and amicable, expressing an immense interest in maritime history and boats. It communicates using ASL, and appears to be curious about the Foundation, especially wether it has custody of any 'magic ships.
When SCP-XXX opens it's mouth, it enters its active stage. It's upper epidermis will begin to excrete saltwater, and a mixture of seawater and sea plants will exit it's mouth at high pressure, eventually filling the room it is kept in. The water appears to be drawn from the Atlantic Ocean but SCP-XXX has often expressed distress during it's active stage and refuses to cooperate with further testing.
