Special Containment Procedures: All Rho-9 MTF units are to intercept any instance of 5913-1 as detailed. After Rho-9 discovers an instance of 5913-1, they are to dismantle the instance by plugging in a drive containing a virus named “NOEYES.EL”. This virus will search for corruption and replace the corruption with a prewritten message.
Any instance of 5913-2A/2B that are found and recovered are to be terminated unless a researcher with level 3 clearance or higher requests to experiment with the instance. Experimentation with either instance 5913-1 or instance 5913-2A/2B requires 3 or 4 level clearance to authorize.
If a researcher as the detailed clearance level requests custody of a 5913-2A/2B instance, a 5913-2A instance’s are to be contained in a 8m x 8m chamber, 60-80 degrees hot with a speaker built 3cm under the chamber's ceiling. This speaker vocalizes a loud screech exactly 43db loud.
A 5913-2B instance however is to be kept in a large 20m x 20m room to fit its measurements, the room is to be blacked out and visual access is immediately denied unless receiving O5 approval. The temperature seems to not have a significant effect on the instance, though the procedure still requires a singular speaker to vocalize a high screeching sound.

Description: SCP-5913 is a digital entity that has corrupted Foundation Records/Archives, this entity cannot be contained as currently the only way to prevent incidents as we have protocols to avoid any instances of 5913-1 effectively. SCP-5913 creates an image of a (what we can gather) Egyptian-styled eye (Believed to be SCP-5913), if you view this image you will transform into an 8ft humanoid-like creature covered in multiple eyes. We call this instance 5913-2A, 5913-2A is capable of speech but only repeats “Look Into The Eye”. They have no known anomalous capabilities, though a theory presented by Head Researcher Dr.Steven, they have a hive mind of sorts possibly what the eyes that cover 5913-2A are for. If 5913-2A comes in contact with a human, it will attempt to apprehend the human and force them to view instance 5913-2B. Instance 5913-2B is a rare instance you can possibly form into when viewing SCP-5913. 5913-2B is a somewhat alpha figure, it is a large 13ft creature covered as well in eyes though with a defining 2ft x 2ft large eye with a red hue located in the middle of the mass of eyes. Viewing this eye triggers the same transformation but only seems to transform individuals into 5913-2A. 5913-2B anomalous capabilities also consist of infesting an area completely covered in several eyes in a 20cm radius in 45m. Though there is a sensitive area on 5913-2B’s mass which is the massive eye it has. Apparently when damage is conflicted on 5913-2B’s eye it will temporarily be disoriented and enough damage can terminate the instance. Conventional Weapons are useful against 5913-2A/2B but are not suggested, explosives are the most effective when terminating 5913-2A/2B. The most interesting thing about both instances 5913-2A and 2B is when terminated, its insides seem to be a black sludge with a faded computer corruption-like effect to the black sludge which shows more visibility until dissipating the black sledge causing it to lose all trace of the entity. This process takes 1 hour to completely fade away the evidence if the creature exists. This helps us clean the mess up, but we don’t have permanent samples so we can only investigate this sludge for only a little while. Though it is shown that these samples can be preserved for a week longer if not exposed to air, because of this discovery from Dr.Steven. We have evidence that supports the assumption that it doesn’t borrow any substance to complete the instance's transformation because the black sludge has DNA that matches the individuals that become victims of the transformation.
Addendum:
DR.STEVENS THEORY: EVALUATION
Dr. Steven's theory proposes that the red hue instance 5913-2B’s eye was tinted with, maybe reflecting UV light and manifesting certain brain wavelengths to trigger the transformation. Though most of which UV light comes from is the sun, and no UV light was present in site-17 when instance 5913-2B was discovered. 5913-2B may be creating UV light from its main pupil. Though some anonymous properties still exist within the existence of 5913-2A/2B and 5913-1. These may be some explanations of how 5913-2B can trigger this molecular change. Dr. Steven’s theory states, “Instance 5913-2B may be concentrating brain wavelengths in a way to send directions to the nucleus of the cell to deconstruct and configure the human body to this specific transformation.”

D-09745 viewed the infected file, unfortunately like D-08456, triggered into a instance of 5913-2A as well. | This turned out considerably wrong, considering the fact we only obtained 4 D-class with 2 left. There’s only a 50/50 chance. |
