Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5163 is to be contained in a locked 3 x 3 glass display box, monitored by 2 agents at all times. Testing involving SCP-5163 requires level 3 personnel clearance, with 3 SD at standby for SCP-5163-1. Test subjects are to be restrained to a metal chair to avoid a instance of SCP-5163-1 and possible Containment Breach.
Description:
SCP-5163 is a British MK. IV GSR filter, the container is painted in a brown/beige color and its weight is approximately 1850 grams (185 dag). A seal test was briefly shown to contain negative air pressure, a replacement is in order for easier use in future tests. It’s anomalous abilities are activated when a human places SCP-5163 on their head, they will see a view of an event that was known as World War 2 after SCP-5163 is secured on their head. After an estimated 12 seconds they will see a POV of a British soldier writing in their diary. After 30 seconds British Issued Clothing will appear on the humans body, with abnormal muscularity slowly appearing as well. This instance is what we call SCP-5163-1. This instance is unknown of why this occurs and is currently impossible to know what happens to the humans original consciousness. During tests, subjects have reported feeling akin or linked to the unknown british soldier before becoming one. Tests have shown upon interrogating SCP-5163-1, they have knowledge that extends to 1943, and report being Commanded to clear the west point of the battle field they were previously in. After 4m green colored gas will appear revolving around the British soldiers face, possibly replacing and removing memories with specific World War 2 memories effectively brainwashing the subject. Upon removing SCP-5163 before 4m, the subject appears to regain there original consciousness appearing oblivious of what has happened. The irregularities recess and fade as well. 1.NOTES FROM INTERROGATION
0:29 - This will be an interrogation of the British soldier to know the soldier's knowledge and is correct for the time frame.
2:34 - The British soldier has claimed to have been evacuating their French allies from Dunkirk.
2:56 - The British soldier is exhibiting tension and stress from him clenching his fist an estimated every 10 seconds.
3:20 - The British soldiers name is the subjects original name, James ███. Further supporting the fact it’s the transformation of the consciousness but only retaining the subjects known knowledge about himself.
3:56 - The British soldier is starting to cough extremely hard.
4:45 - We are about to remove SCP-5163 from the Britsh soldiers head to see the reason on why the British soldier is currently coughing.
10:34 - The subjects face was surrounded by green colored gas, fortunately it faded away with everything else. The subject reports to remember a battle of some sorts, it could possibly be something to due with World War 2.
Note: This test was rushed considering the fact that SCP-5163 could be possibly erasing and replacing memories after 4m.
2.ANALYSIS OF SUBJECT
0:34 - Subject appears to be disoriented from having SCP-5163 secured on his head.
0:53 - The subject reports not being able to remember when he was born, we then informed the subject’s birthday to make sure no further brain damage proceeds.
1:23 - The subject’s brain functions seem to operate normal.
1:56 - The Subjects Brain Functions are stable, nothing has currently happening so I presume the subject is in fine condition.
