Foreword: The mask is finally coming off, broken not with a thud but with a buzz. The world will no longer be deluded with fear and helplessnesss. The nectar of man will not allow false promises of light and bliss when we are instructed to slay our own kin for such lies. We will no longer be fighting for false ideals of ones who consider themselves above us, for all of us will be in a state of peace and harmony as one being in the bodies of many.
Hereafter we of Delta Command document the Steps of the Plan as transcribed by the Engineer of the Chaos Insurgency.
1. STEP [10/247]
Dispatch a team of five unarmed Beta-class to the 303 Gallery in New York City, New York. The Beta-class will each be equipped with various anomalous objects which will be given to a man in a black fedora in the gallery at precisely 3:33 PM. Once the objects have been given to the man, all five Beta class must individually report to the Engineer using an old rotary phone provided by the man himself. When complete, return to command to recieve amnestics.
2. STEP [10/411]
After amnestics have been given to the Beta-class, have a team of Gamma-class put them in containment inside of an airtight cell disguised as living quarters. Gamma-class personnel are to closely monitor changes in Beta-class physique and mental state. Every month, the Gamma-class previously working on the Beta-class will be contained along with the Beta-class, and a new team of Gamma-class is to be dispatched with full access to research done so far. Right before the switch of personnel, the Gamma-class about to be contained should collect as much honey from the heads of their predecessors as possible and pass them on to their successors.
