Internal Procedures of Handling: SCP-7613-U-(2) must be prevented from forming meaningful human connections outside of the Foundation.

At all times, SCP-7613-U-(2)'s location must be known. Under no circumstances is SCP-7613-U-(2) to be outside of the effective intervention range of a strike team thought capable of overpowering and capturing the entity. All movements by SCP-7613-U-(2) outside of Foundation owned facilities are to be reported to SCP-7613's project team, and cannot take place until security is deemed 'adequate' by a member of said team at level 3 or above.

SCP-7613-U-(2) must undergo a loyalty psychological evaluation weekly, under the guise of regular counselling.

//Description of SCP-7613-H-(2)

SCP-7613-H-(2) is a reinforced ring containing a turning mechanism. The core of the ring is a band of stainless steel connected to a stud which emerges from the inside of the ring. The remaining inner surface of the ring is made of polished wood, with a small hole cut out for the stud, so it remains in contact with the wearer's skin. The outer ring is made of a turning ceramic coating with three positions. First, a 'reveal' position, which exposes the stud. Second, a 'neutral' position which retracts the stud, severing skin contact with the metal. Third, an 'open' position, which exposes part of the metal band by pushing it out of the ring, allowing it to be broken.

SCP-7613 inhabits the metal band within the ring. By snapping said band, it is possible to force SCP-7613 to leave the object, and by simply retracting the ring, it is possible to return SCP-7613 to its captured inert state.

Experiment outline

The current SCP-7613-U instance, U-(1), will be terminated. Rationale for this is the continued mistreatment of SCP-7613, the danger posed by SCP-7613-U-(1)'s hostile attitude to the Foundation, and SCP-7613-U-(1)'s irrelevance to the anomalous nature of SCP-7613.

To replace SCP-7613-U-(1) a volunteer foundation agent will be chosen. Preference is given to an agent with extremely high scores in obedience and whos morals align with those of the Foundation. This volunteer will become SCP-7613-U-(2).

Goal of the project will be to better determine the capabilities and limits of SCP-7613 via a reliable source, better experiment with SCP-7613, and potentially make SCP-7613 actively useful to the Foundation under the purview of the AUD.

Upon completion of the experiment, Site-42 will be considered the 'home base' of SCP-7613-U-(2). Security protocols will be updated depending on the mental state of the new 'user' subject.

Experiment Results

SCP-7613-U-(1) was successfully terminated.

SCP-7613 successfully bound to SCP-7613-U-(2), and placed into a custom vessel¹. There were no major complications during the process.

Psychological evaluation of the new SCP-7613-U instance shows no major changes in psychology. SCP-7613-U-(2) has remained willing to work with the Foundation, and has repeatedly affirmed their loyalty.

SCP-7613 has also shown itself willing to cooperate- the prevailing theory among the para-psychology team is that SCP-7613 has been severly traumatized and is therefore strongly inclined to follow the orders of SCP-7613-U, regardless of who that might be. The minority opinion is that SCP-7613 is simply exercising sensible self-preservation.

SCP-7613-U-(2) Introduction Statement

SCP-7613-U-(2) is a specially chosen former site guard. SCP-7613-U-(2) was chosen for both an excellent professional track record, high scores on Foundation loyalty tests, and lacking introspective thought. SCP-7613-U-(2) has spent several years working with the Foundation, and has no significant interpersonal relationships outside of the Foundation.

It is our belief that SCP-7613-U-(2) will be relatively easy to control.
