Description: SCP-3583 is an approximately 130,000 light year long entity superficially resembling some sort of worm. The entity is currently located within the galaxy cluster Abell 2744 over the galaxy E323-42. SCP-3583

SCP-3583's existence violates several laws of physics. Despite it's immense size, SCP-3583 does not collapse under its own gravity nor does it seem to attract anything to it. It can move faster than the speed of light, as it has been seen traveling from one galaxy to another in the span of months.

Special Containment Procedures: All copies of SCP-3852 are to be stored on password protected USB drives inside standard containment lockers in Site-15. Testing on SCP-3852's anomalous effects has been discontinued until further notice.

Description: SCP-3852 is an anomalous .PNG image of a computer generated representation of a virus. At the time of writing, the Foundation currently has 36 copies of SCP-3852 in possession, though there have been confirmed reports of SCP-3852 infecting computers along the west coast of the United States and Canada, specifically in places of high technological importance. All attempts to trace the source of SCP-3582 have failed to yield any results. See Document 3852-A2 for further information on theories behind the SCP-3582 source.

SCP-3852 will activate its anomalous effects once it is placed inside a device with enough storage space to support it and is able to access the Internet. Once inside the device, SCP-3852 will begin to copy itself at a rate of one copy every fifteen seconds. This copying process will continue until the device's available storage space has been completely filled with SCP-3582, at which point it will actively replace, modify, or delete other programs, images, and software that is currently stored in the device. Once everything in the device's storage has been replaced with SCP-3852, the image will then replace the coding for the operating system of the device, typically with the image URL, though there have been some instances where the image URL was replaced with the word "virus," or "achoo," often with them being translated into binary or hexadecimal.

Once SCP-3852 has started to destroy the operating system's code, its secondary anomalous effect will activate. The device will begin to be converted into organic matter, though it will still function as normally and will superficially resemble the device it was. During conversion, the organic matter will begin to develop symptoms of disease, most cases seeing mucus leak from the seams or hives suddenly breaking out on the casings. This process will continue until the device can no longer function, and will begin to rapidly develop numerous tumors and carcinomas

At this state, the sickness SCP-3852 inflicts on devices is somehow able to infect other devices as well, with a base reproduction number similar to that of measles. SCP-3852 is highly infectious, somehow being able to infect computers through contact via bodily fluids and airborne methods.
